In the centre, you will find our cosy pedestrian street with bustling life. Swamp and swimming beaches are 15 minutes walk away. Both city center and swimming areas have parking available. Sørlandssenteret and Dyreparken are only a 15 min drive. Bus connections can also be found near the house. We warmly welcome you to our house.

It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Large brand new south country house with large garden sea arch, own beach and jetty. Suitable for 2 families. In October and November, we take tenants on lobster fishing. Boat.
