The cabin has a steep slope at the front, but it is fenced. There is a parking space with a main road leading to the cabin and to the cabin itself; the road up to the cabin is somewhat narrow. Large deck with tables and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV don't work. Enclosed terrace with sliding door/windows. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. 2 bedrooms with double bed for two people.

With two living rooms, it's easy to find peace and space for everyone. Visit the Zoo, go on a boat trip or walk along the autumn coast. End the day in the warm cabin overlooking the lake, enjoy the jacuzzi and cook dinner together. ℹ️ Important information: Not rented out for parties. Boat can be used by appointment. In the center you will find our cozy pedestrian street with bustling life. Svaberg and beaches are a 15-minute walk away. Both the city center and bathing areas have parking available. Sørlandssenteret and the Zoo are only 15 min drive away. Bus connections are also available near the house. We warmly welcome you to our house.

Grei adkomst med kjøring til døren. 10 min til lokal butikk. Fint turområde rett fra eiendommen. 25 min til Kjevik lufthavn

The hen house

Slapp av med familien på Hønsehuset. Unik liten hytte mellom Lillesand og Dyreparken med hele 6 sengeplasser! I 1965 ble det gamle hønsehuset konvertert til utleiehytte, derav det flotte navnet😊 Hytta er et anneks, men selv om husene ligger tett, oppleves det både privat og fredelig. Det er mulighet for å få seg et bad på privat brygge, ca 90 meter til sjøen. Ellers har hytten en hageflekk og veranda på baksiden. Det tar 10-12 minutter å kjøre til Dyreparken, og 7 minutter til Lillesand.

Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an old cozy house in the center of Lillesand. The apartment is suitable for both couples and families. There is a private entrance and there is parking in the street outside - Public free parking spaces. There is a short distance to the town's local shops, restaurants, grocery stores and to Lillesand Marina. In the summer season there is a bustling social and boating life in the city and there are Sunday open shops throughout the season
