HELLO! A natural gem – with a huge garden and a JETTY for SWIMMING and CRAB FISHING at the end of the garden. In the garden, there is a trampoline, volleyball, disc golf, badminton, etc. GAMES ROOM in the barn – billiards, table tennis, darts and air hockey for the kids. Enjoy the archipelago and the beautiful BLINDLEIA right nearby. BOATS - There are three dinghies available for loan for experienced boaters (16 feet with 25 HP and 12 feet with 5 HP), as well as a small 9-foot dinghy. Three kayaks. Fishing rods. A total of 5 bedrooms (3 extra mattresses possible on the 2nd floor) 2 bathrooms, large and airy dining room and living room with fireplace and magical views of Kvåsefjorden. Exterior seating on all sides. Road all the way up and possibility for charging electric car on the plug. Jacuzzi that keeps 40 degrees all year round. Beautiful Sauna. Boat from Easter, 2 Kayaks and a paddle board.

Bring your family and friends to a cozy autumn holiday in beautiful Brekkestø. The cabin sleeps 12 guests and is perfect for two families or several generations. With two living rooms, it's easy to find peace and space for everyone. Visit the Zoo, go on a boat trip or walk along the autumn coast. End the day in the warm cabin overlooking the lake, enjoy the jacuzzi and cook dinner together. ℹ️ Important information: Not rented out for parties. Boat can be used by appointment. Please provide a little about you and the occasion when booking.

Spacious apartment perfect for families on a trip to the Zoo – only 5 minutes away by car! The apartment has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and hallway. It is also possible to add extra beds if needed. Only 1 km to the lake, restaurant and pub. Quiet and child-friendly area with good sun conditions and balcony with barbecue. 15 min to Kristiansand and 10 min to Lillesand. The beds include freshly made beds with bed linen and towels. 2x 150 double beds - 1x 120 double bed and 3 single inflatable beds.

Hytte med sjøen, med egen brygge og båt

Hytten har en stor brygge på nedsiden av hytta. Isefjærfjorden har normalt høyeste badetemp i sjø/Norge (reiseradioen) Kort vei til dyreparken, 15 km. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

Stort helt nytt sørlandshus med stor hage sjøbu, egen strand og brygge. Passer fint for 2 familier. I oktober november tar vi med leietakere på hummerfiske. Båt. Øien 20 fot med 70 Yamaha Masse aktiviteter - fotballbane, volleyballnett, badminton, husker for store og små, slakk line, trampoline, kubbespill. 5 kajakker, 2 supbrett, 2 vannmadrasser og fiskeutstyr for fiske med brygga eller på sjøen. Fisketur med teiner, garn eller stang etter avtale. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere

Cottage, boat, spa, private dock, Lillesand

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Small cabin in the wood

Simple small idyllic cabin in the forest for rent in lovely hiking terrain. 35 min. from Kristiansand harbour. Driveway to the door. All in one room + outroom. 2 sofa beds downstairs + 2 beds in loft. 1 Kayak+small boat inkluded. 800 m to bathing water. 3 km to the sea and beach. 20 km to Kristiansand zoo, Shopping mall. 7 km(Tingsaker) ,9 km to Lillesand. No electricity or water connected. Gas stove. Solar panel. Bed linen+towels can be rented for NOK 100p.p. Tenants do final cleaning.

Høvåg/Blindleia nær Dyreparken

Fullt innredet garasjeloft (32 kvm) leies ut på Kvannes i Høvåg. Eiendommen ligger idyllisk til nær sjøen. Bade og fiskeplasser, turområder etc er bare noen minutters gange unna. Blindleia ligger 700m fra eiendommen. Det tar 12 minutter å kjøre til dyreparken, 20 minutter til Lillesand og 22 minutter til Kristiansand. Garasjeloftet har 2 soverom, bad, kjøkken og oppholdsrom med spisebord/stoler. I oppholdsrommet står det en Hemnes dagseng med gode madrasser (2 soveplasser). Max 6 pers.

Justøya har mange flotte turstier med start fra huset. Justøyskole ligger 150 meter fra eiendommen og har kunstgressbane, basketbane ++ som kan brukes av alle. 15 min med bil til Dyrparken.
