Unique Villa of 320 sqm with sea view and 3.8 acres of unspoilt land in the heart of Southern Sweden, Lillesand. 10-15 minutes walk to the sea with great swimming opportunities. 1 km to salt bay, often a very warm sandy beach. 2 km to Brekkestø harbor, with grocery store, brew grill and ice cream kiosk. 7 km to Lillesand city center. Justøya has many great hiking trails starting from the house. Justøyskole is located 150 meters from the property and has an artificial grass court, basketball court ++ which can be used by anyone. 15 min with car to Dyrparken.

The field is lakeside, and is surrounded by beautiful nature that offers both forest and sea with great hiking experiences, swimming and sea life. Great hiking and recreational areas, including along the cold road river. To Lillesand center it is about 4 km. At Tingsaker about 1,7 km away you will find, among other things. Lillesand center that has a lot of shops. There are good bus connections to Lillesand, Arendal and Kristiansand from here. Kristiansand, Sørlandsparken and Dyreparken (about 15-20 min drive). Grimstad is 15 minutes away, Arendal is 25.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Idyllic boat house/cabin at the shore of the sea.

Perfect spot for a small family or alone by the sea. The boathouse is from the 70s and is traditionally built. Here you can enjoy the sea view, take a bath or lie in the sun. The boat house is simply furnished with all you need of kitchenware, dishes towels and dusting cloths. In addition, there is toilet paper. The boathouse is insulated and it keeps a good temperature even when the wind blows. Especially beautiful it is in the fall.

Nice apartment/intern part (from 2019) located very central and in a quiet area. Nice view to the sea. There is a short way to bus stop and about 15 min walk to Lillesand center. The zoo/Badeland and Sørlandsparken are about 10 minutes away by car. The apartment contains 1 bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed and a small flattening on the outside. Free parking at the apartment.
