New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Great hiking trails in the area. 4 km to the store. 15 minutes to the Zoo and Sørlandssenteret. 25 minutes to Kristiansand and 20 minutes to idyllic Lillesand. The apartment is soundproofed, but not 100% soundproof.
