Great place! Very comfortable with parking on premises! Only negative is that the gate only operates with a key.

L'appartamento è molto curato, sia nelle cose più pratiche che nei dettagli. Pulito, ordinato, fornito di tutto. Abbiamo utilizzato piacevolmente la cucina ed è stato bello trovare i contenitori etichettati di zucchero e sale a disposizione. Le stoviglie, i piatti, le posate, tutto molto ben fornito e soprattutto pulito. Ottimi di vari contenitori per la raccolta differenziata della spazzatura. La camera è molto grande, il bagno è spazioso e comodo, doccia perfetta. La prima stanza entrando dove si trova la lavatrice è veramente comoda per sistemare le valigie, le scarpe. Il plus è la possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile interno. Molto tranquillo e silenzioso, porta blindata che fa piacere. Ho trovato un unico neo: è piuttosto buio malgrado sia molto finestrato, perché si trova al piano terra con le finestre che affacciano su una corte interna, occorre tenere le luci sempre accese. Lo consiglio !

I highly recommend this apartment, it's clean, nice, great location. Ms Teresa is wonderful, very nice and helpful! There is also a washing machine available, which is very useful for a longer stay. The only downside is the bar downstairs, where the music should be turned down after 11pm, but you have to remind them about it - I recommend taking earplugs though.

l'appartamento era molto pulito, dotato di ogni comfort, in una zona con parcheggi vicini e ristoranti/bar. Laura ci ha accolto con gentilezza, dandoci tutte le info necessarie. Assolutamente consigliato

La casa è bellissima, oltre le aspettative! E’ in una posizione ottima; basta scendere le scale e si è già in centro. Dotata di ogni comfort necessario. Casa pulita e il proprietario molto cordiale e rapido nelle risposte. Quando tornerò a Milano Marittina sceglierò questo appartamento.

Wir hatten eine absolut wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft – alles war perfekt! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und auch super ausgestattet, besonders die Küche. Man merkt, dass sich hier jemand Gedanken gemacht hat. Auch an Spielsachen für die Kinder ist reichlich vorhanden (Duplo, Holzeisenbahn…). Auch ein Aufzug ist vorhanden (sehr praktisch für‘s Ein-und Auspacken. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der ruhigen, untouristischen Umgebung, was gerade zur Zeit der bayerischen Pfingstferien und dem Start der italienischen Sommerferien eine echte Überraschung war. Kein Massentourismus, keine überfüllten Strände – einfach Natur pur. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr nah und selbst mit kleinen Kindern in wenigen Minuten schnell zu erreichen. Er ist genau so wie wir es uns gewünscht haben: reichlich Platz, Treibholz, Muscheln, Weite und Ruhe. Filippo ist sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit und sehr entgegenkommend. TOP Gastgeber! Danke für alles, wir empfehlen dich gerne weiter!

We loved staying at this apartment. Excellent view, good breeze in the evening and close to the beach. Hosts were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. Confortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything is just like the pictures. Allows for a perfect vacation in Cesenatico.

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte in occasione del gran premio di Imola e la posizione è stata più che ottima per il raggiungimento dell’autodromo . Gentilissima l’accoglienza da parte di Marco , marito della Cinzia , alla quale abbiamo fatto i complimenti per la perfetta tenuta dell’abitazione e sorpresa delle sorprese la colazione preparata dalle mani magiche di Cinzia , che ci ha fatto trovare crostata ; ciambellone e biscotti preparati il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo . Per il rapporto qualità prezzo , non si può che restare PIÙ che soddisfatti. Torneremo e lo consiglio vivamente, posso metterci la faccia tranquillamente……. La Casetta Rossa offre una posizione strategica per accedere alla via ciclabile lungo il Po. È l’ideale per chi vuole visitare la foce del Po ma nello stesso tempo rilassarsi. Infatti è immersa nel verde e molto silenziosa. Comodissimi i letti king-size. Locali molto ampi.

Tolle Wohnung mit direkt angrenzender Bademöglichkeit hinter dem Garten. Die Essmöglichkeit im gedeckten Wintergarten war mit genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und ideal zu jeder Tageszeit. Von den zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder nutzten wir eines, die restlichen haben wir selber mitgenommen, was sehr empfehlenswert ist um die Insel zu erkunden. Leo war zudem immer sofort erreichbar wenn wir ihn benötigten oder irgendwelche Fragen hatten. Unser Aufenthalt war grossartig und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank nochmals.

Wir haben uns in der schönen Wohnung von Monika und Christoph sehr wohl gefühlt! Mit Liebe eingerichtet, viel Platz und extrem sauber! Super Lage direkt neben der schönen Altstadt und einem kostenfreien Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation war perfekt, Monika und Christoph immer erreichbar und extrem freundlich. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

La casa di Paolo è un piccolo gioiellino. Siamo stati benissimo, a due passi dal centro e da tutti i monumenti. Direi perfetta. Consigliata al 100%

Beautiful place great place to have a amazing vacation

Our stay at Alessandra’s apt was perfect. It was more spacious and even nicer than the photos suggested. Well located, easy private parking, clean, quiet, convenient to everything. Her information brochure was better than visiting the Ravenna tourist office. Highly recommended, great find.

Such a fantastic place to stay in Porto Corsini! It was walking distance from the cruise terminal, and was a nice and quiet place to relax. The beach is very close by with stores on the way. Super nice sand with wind surfing and fishing.

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

Excellent location. Really nice amount of space. Great communication. Pay attention to ZTL parking. There are free spaces a short walking distance from the property no problem.

Alloggio in frazione decentrata, ma vicino a Faenza e ottima soluzione per chi voglia visitare la città in occasione del pallio o di eventi quale ad esempio argillà

Very helpful and responsive host - offered us the bikes to get around the city which saved us a lot of time. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Would recommend fully!
