Beachfront holiday rental in Lido di Pomposa

The place is as described in a posting. The apartment is very clean. It is near the beach and a grocery store is near by.

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

First of all, I want to mention that I don't write reviews often. But this time it is very important to me, as we have had a very good experience & I fully recommend Stefania. We spent 1 week in Stefania's apartment with our children (6&10). Stefania is an excellent host who always responded quickly & helped us very well with all questions & concerns. It is very warm & helpful. The apartment was nicer & bigger than shown in the photos. Also, the condition is very good, modern & very clean. It is equipped with what you need. A private parking space in the courtyard, 2 balconies,elevator, very good air conditioning (for cold & heat), good bedding & soft well smelling towels were available. Washing machine available if needed. The beaches in Sottomarina (3 min. walk), shopping,the old town&Chioggia are close. There are also frequent buses. The parking garages& restaurants are convenient. Excursion tip: Porto Caleri Botanical Garden.

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

We were a group of five friends and had a great time staying with Valentina! We can only recommend the property. The location is great, the view probably the best in Rimini and the amenities completely sufficient for a holiday in Rimini

We felt right at home upon arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbour. There are great restaurants around the accommodation and on the other side of the harbour you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the accommodation again at any time and definitely recommend it!

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! The host responded quickly to questions we had about transportation, etc. Unfortunately, the accident happened during our trip and we needed to visit the hospital. The host gave us advice about hospitals, how to get there and was genuinely caring. Thank you for the loan of your apartment, we had great days on the beach in Sottomarina, strolled in Chioggia and experienced Venice. Tip: if you are in Sottomarina for several days, we recommend that you rent a bike as a guest to easily get around the area.

We stayed two nights for a beach volleyball tournament. There were 6 of us, the house matches the description and is comfortable with a really nice outdoor terrace. the host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Lovely place for a family holiday.

Very clean, well appointed place to stay. The fact that there is a washing machine and air conditioning makes the stay even better. Absolutely family friendly as the very well-kept pool and the sea are within walking distance. By the sea there is a bar where you can get everything for a good price from coffee to ice cream to noodle dish. Oh, the sanitary facilities are very well maintained here. You can choose whether to rent a lounger or settle on the public beach. The sea is great for small children as it is flat for a very long time. If you travel by public transport, you need a bit of patience, there is a connection to Chioggia/Venice, it just takes a bit to arrive. If you need a break from the sun, the bar next to the Isola Verde bus stop has a foosball table. There was one or the other match with a local bar visitor. Communication with Leila and Hassoni was also very pleasant. We had a great holiday!

I was able to rest, and in a minute you're on the beach. They accept the dog, which is very important. On Thursday morning, you can visit the Chioggia market for about ten kilometers away.

We were guests of Tiziana for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is only a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

There were four of us in the apartment. The location is unbeatable right on the beach. The accommodation is functionally equipped with everything you need. Communication in advance went smoothly. We thank you for a few nice days in Italy:)

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Stayed at Mara's place for three days. Lovely location of the house, a couple of minutes to the beaches, a lot of good restaurants around. Very nice, clean apartment, with nice renovation. There was everything you need for life. Mara was a very kind person, helped with our problem. We recommend

Quiet, yet centrally located apartment in Chioggia-Sottomarina. Bus departure to Venice from Piazzale Europa in Sottomarina!

Silvia is a wonderful host. He welcomed us personally, and gave us a small briefing on the various provisions of the house (for example, the days on which they collect the rubbish, the keys to be used to open the gate, etc.) The apartment is very nice, and it has a very large balcony/terrace facing the sea (in front of the Globus Beach bathroom). The window overlooking the sea is a sight to behold😍

Apartment has all necessary amenities. Is clean and spacious. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

Very nice apartment. The location is really convenient, it is located in a quiet area, a short walk to the beach and also well connected to the center. Every corner was taken care of in every detail, the gardens were very well cared for, the apartment was cozy and tidy, making us feel at home from the start. The owners are always helpful and very kind people. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well located place to stay.

Marta and Ivan are excellent hosts. Very friendly, honest and always ready to help. They always helped us with what we needed very quickly. The accommodation is excellent and in a very well located place, a few steps from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you might need. We would certainly be staying there again.
