L'appartamento è strutturato su tre livelli: piano terra con cucina/soggiorno e bagno semi accessoriato (senza doccia) ; 1° piano con ampia camera da letto , ampio bagno completo di doccia e vasca separati; sottotetto mansardato (2° camera da letto, adatta ad adulti o ragazzi/e autonomi/e) con divano letto ad una piazza e mezza e letto singolo + piccolo bagno (solo wc e lavandino). L'alloggio è in centro storico Sul retro della casa c'è possibilità di parcheggio non a pagamento.
“We highly recommend Mary's house. Big house, good air conditioning in every room. There are many necessary little things. Everything is very clean and beautiful. The hostess is very hospitable and always ready to help. A wonderful fish market and a large supermarket 5 minutes from the house. Gariballi Port is 10 minutes away by car. Our Mary's bike ride around the lake was wonderful. All of us (me, my husband and three sons) felt very good. We remember with warmth and want to return”

Casa situata in centro vicino a negozi, supermercati, ristoranti... Le spese di pulizie e le lenzuola sono comprese nel prezzo. La casa và lasciata comunque pulita.
“Eros' place was really nice. small, tidy and clean. not luxurious, but that wasn't what we were looking for. super close to the beach, less than 100m. it was a perfect little getaway for me, my wife and our two kids. there were two small beds downstairs and in the main bedroom upstairs there was a large bed and another small bed. Eros was a fast and reliable communicator. he gave a helpful tip for a restaurant for dinner and where to park our car. overall great visit.”
immerso nella pineta con giardino e posto auto, a 50 metri dalla lunga spiaggia sabbiosa adatta a bambini. Vicino a: ristoranti, bar, alimentari, noleggio bici e aree attrezzate per famiglie. Possibili gite a Ferrara Ravenna, parco del Delta.
“Sophisticated apartment, very nice marine style furnishings, perfect location 50 meters from the sea, and 50 meters from the center equipped with everything you need, social life, rides and shops. the street where the apartment is located is silent, immersed in the pine forest so completely in the shade. Covered with mosquito nets so in the house we were super protected. Great idea to put the fixed blade in the ceiling in the kitchen and other 2 fans in the rooms, we have never suffered the heat. We stayed very well.”
