Carla's house is wonderful, complete with everything as described, in a strategic position. Carla is a great host, easy communication and gave us valuable advice. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time staying in Cristina’s loft. The garden, lovingly cared for by Giuseppe, is absolutely beautiful and was a true highlight of our stay. The surroundings are well worth exploring — full of charm and cultural treasures. Most mornings we started the day with a run through the peaceful landscape, followed by a refreshing swim in the pool. There is so much to see and do in the area, both in nature and in terms of culture. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and relaxing stay.

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

This was our fourth time at the Cristallo Rimini and we're already looking forward to the fifth one. Great place, convieniently located near the beach, you get the best of both worlds: the privacy and cosiness of a full 2-story appartement (with 3 balconies!) and all the services of a Luxury hotel! What can you ask for more? They have a great family owned (breakfast and dinner) and operated restaurant on premises with daily changing menus for dinner. You almost feel in the family. Thank you for everything!

We spent one night at this farm on a vacation trip. The room is attached to the Trerè company. The quality of the room is very good and everything was very nice and functional. The environment is very familiar and relaxing. Our interface was Sandra who was of considerable friendliness and friendliness. Great dinner and wines. Of course for one night it's a bit expensive but I think a longer stay is very pleasant and well commensurate with groceries. Cats and, above all, peacocks move the stay with their presence.

We enjoyed our stay at the house, it is a beautiful spacious house, very clean. The pool was wonderfull. The owners are very friendly and guestfree.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Loved our stay at Francesca’s place. The flat was a lovely place to relax, with a great view of the valley and the bell tower. Right in the centre of town and very easy to access. We were worried about it being too hot in summer being on the top floor but it was fine, and we slept very well. Francesca was very responsive, and really helped us with getting to Dozza by bus. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay. The house was spacious (though noisy) and all necessary amenities were present. Filippo was always available for questions. Location was also great with our 3 year old daughter, close to the beach and all restaurants within walking distance. Although the kitchen was also well equipped with kitchen utensils, we also regularly stood in the kitchen ourselves. Thanks for a great stay

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and the location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

We had a really good time! The house is welcoming and true to description. The garden is beautiful, perfect for relaxing and letting the kids play - our girls had a lot of fun. The area is quiet but comfortable, with great restaurants nearby and easily accessible by car. Filippo was always very kind and accurate in his communications, and the person who welcomed us was also helpful and friendly. Part of the house was a little damp, but nothing problematic, considering the Po Delta area. We had cool days and the heating, although not programmable, worked well; in the bathroom there is a heater that did its duty. In general, a very pleasant stay: I would go back without hesitation. Absolutely recommended!

We absolutely loved staying at Eliana's place, and our dog loved it even more! The house is spacious and decorated in a very homely style. The fenced garden is beautiful — our puppy loved roaming around and playing in the grass. If we come to the Bologna/Castel Guelfo area again, we will definitely stay with Eliana!

We had a wonderful stay here. Kevin was readily available and very responsive through text. The location was perfectly situated near the center of town and very close to the Roman bridge. It was a quiet and peaceful street. I would stay here again.

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

we stayed here for a small relaxing vacation with our dog Kora, Francesco and Pamide were immediately very kind and friendly even with our dog!! Always ready to respond to our every need during our stay, also in giving us directions on places to visit and in providing us with directions to great bars and restaurants in the area. The house was clean, with a nice large terrace, and equipped with every comfort!Very close to the sea and all the facilities we needed! We practically never used the car! What to say... they made us feel at home!! Thank you!!!

Small fine apartment, with huge balcony! Super lovely hosts!

This was a very quiet and comfortable place in a beautiful setting. We shared the entire location with the hosts and a second accommodation. Enough privacy. Great pool that was big enough for the kids. We had a very spacious house with a private outdoor table. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked several times at home. In the village at 10 minutes there is a supermarket with all you need. The place is rather isolated, you need a car to get around. Gabriela suggested to leave the car in Castel Bolognese, at 30 minutes by car, park it for free and travel by train to Ravenna or Bologna. That is just 30-40 minutes and saves you the hassle with parking or Zona Limitada restrictions in the Italian cities. We did not go to Firenze that is about 1.5-2 hours by car. Conclusion: great rural hide out with all luxury and privacy. We have seen many cyclists on the mountain roads. Supposedly therefore a good location also for cyclists or motorcycle enthusiasts to enjoy this region.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was so peaceful and perfect to relax some days. Franco was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in easy. You can tell they really care about making guests feel at home. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Amazing property. The host and all the property personal were very kind and helpful. There are options for food delivery and such, but it is very difficult to go to grocery store or restaurants without vehicle. Taxi service in this area is not reliable and the closest train station is about 30 min drive. However, the host is genuinely caring and helpful. We did not have a vehicle however, the property personal were very willing to help us with food ordering and helping arrange rides and communicating was very easy by text or call. Our kids loved the pool, the bunnies, the chickens the privacy. The road is busy, but not a highway, just an occasional car from time to time. We had a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of space and we had 2 queen beds and a pull out we did not use. Could house much more. Good bathroom space as well. In my opinion, the property personal went above and beyond what they needed to. Would stay again absolutely. Have nothing negative to say.

Our second stay at this place! Really enjoy the beauty of the location and the villa. Convenient to all the area offers.

Our extended family stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the house and the area. Very comfortable with ample room for our family - 3 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms - there was room for everyone. Tredozio is a cute town with ample restaurants and typical Italian shops. The butcher and the delicatessen are the best. If you need it there is a brand nAme supermarket only about 10 minutes away.

The bathroom and kitchen were in perfect condition, the air conditioning was perfectly functional and quiet. Can recommend!
