Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the road and it is immediately by the lifeguard (Mario baths) here we also had a great time. So for me, a more than positive experience. Thank you Elisa!

Very nice welcome from Patrizia and Laura. Super friendly and nice exchange on the rental which is modern and tastefully decorated, surrounded by the gardens of the surrounding houses. Also exchange on Ferrara, which is an Italian city of excellence with few foreigners. In a word: great stay recommended

Stefano is a great host, very easy to communicate with and help you if you need it. The apartment was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. Was in walking distance of shops, train station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying with Stefano and would love do do it again in the future.

Definitely the best 💓 Laura and Roberto were very kind, always available for any questions, the accommodation is clean, tidy, there is EVERYTHING to feel at home🥰 and also super convenient to have two separate bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all the dishes, pots, and appliances! The apartment is also nice and cool, there is always the shade of the trees that surround it. It seems to me that I can't stop writing about the endless benefits I find in that accommodation. It's clear that the owners have done everything with logic, they have put their soul into it😍. We will definitely come back again.♥️

We (two adults, two 14-year-old sons) felt very comfortable in the place from the beginning. The furnishings were practical and simple, no frills. The division also suited us: the parents downstairs, the youth upstairs.The location was😉 also right for us. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

Roberto is a super warm host. His apartment is a nice place to vacation. It really is only a 3-minute walk to the sea. There are many beach bars there, we were there at the end of September and found 2 still open. Right next to the place there is a mini supermarket with the most necessary things. The only drawback to our stay was the mosquitoes, which were quite annoying especially in the morning and evening. But there was also anti mosquito spray in the yard. Right next to Roberto's house, where there are several apartments, there is a hostel (a hotel). We didn't hear anything about it or their guests. The location is very quiet and Roberto always helped us with everything (baby chair for our child, questions answered very quickly) - we really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back!

Nice stay in Lido Adriano. Opposite the apartment is a bus stop, next to Caffetteria pasticceria Olivi with a wide choice of sandwiches and delicious coffee. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, convenient for us that we could wash and dry clothes on the other balcony. Gina responds quickly to messages and gave clear instructions. Recommended!

We had an awesome stay here! The place is modern, clean and spacious. Great location right across from the beach with plenty of restaurants near by. Would definitely stay here again.

I can only recommend Jacopo's accommodation! A few steps from the beach, there are great restaurants, a supermarket and a quiet environment. Jacopo gave us wonderful tips and hints and was always available. The kitchen is well equipped and is also suitable if you want to cook yourself. The only criticism would be the beds for me, the mattresses are unfortunately very hard and we did not sleep well. Otherwise, we felt at home here and would come back anytime!

To Diana‘s, Daniele‘s and our surprise, we showed up accidentally one day to early because I mixed up the booking (so sorry again!). They were super helpful to find us another spot for that one night. On the day of our actual booking, check-in and everything was super easy. The flat was very neat and nice. We had a very lovely stay there. The location was also very good. We can only recommend to stay here when travelling to Ravenna. Thank you again!

Claudio was incredibly kind and helpful, immediately available to put us at ease and to help us find things prepared especially despite the short notice. The house was very tidy and clean, with plenty of space available but very clear instructions (even a video) on where to find the things necessary for survival and comfort. (incredible the washing machine with detergent, a unique thing). Fantastic person offering great accommodation in a great location, with a lot of attention and care.

Ezio was awesome. He was always responsive and friendly. The place is great, near to the sea and some restaurants. It’s a bit far from the city center, but getting there biking through the pier and beach side is so beautiful. Would 100% recommend staying here: great place and great host

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

Casa Zorzi is a beautiful farmhouse in the upper part of Arquà (I recommend parking in the high parking lot for this reason) with a well-kept common internal garden where it is pleasant to spend time on sunny days. We found it very convenient to have the access codes instead of the keys. Cleanliness of our apartment is impeccable. We also stayed an afternoon at the castle of Lispida to relax in the indoor pool and also in the heated outdoor pools, an incredible place, very well cared for and with a beautiful view. We thank the hosts for their willingness to answer our questions and for their hospitality.

Basically a great place to stay. We felt comfortable and would come back. Unfortunately, the heating could not be put into operation because it is probably controlled centrally by the location. We had two cold days during our week, so it was uncomfortable in the apartment. But we were helped with extra blankets. For our bikes there was a video-proof space in the underground parking.

The apartment is very spacious, organised and clean, modern and technological. The property has a swimming pool and hot tub, and private parking is available in front. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and a kit of oil/salt and spices. There are 3 bathrooms, complete with towels and soap. The owners were very helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

We stayed one night at this fantastic villa surrounded by greenery. The owner is very kind and communication is very fast and effective. The apartment is new and very clean, perfectly furnished and equipped with every comfort. A small welcome aperitif awaited us upon arrival, which was very welcome. The heated pool in the beautiful garden is truly splendid. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

Absolutely recommended – perfect holiday! Had a great time staying at this place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – you can immediately tell that someone really makes an effort here. Everything worked smoothly, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning and kitchen. Particularly positive: very quiet location, but still everything quickly accessible.
