Holiday rentals with a patio in Lewes

We had a lovely stay here. Geoff gave really good instructions for check in and even let us know the place would be ready earlier. Beautiful location, particularly to watch the sunset. Easy to access brighton beach and centre and perfect for a short getaway. Hope to return in the future!

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

A great little place for the weekend. Had everything we needed with some awesome wine bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Peaceful place with a spacious bedroom and lovely, spacious garden. (Garden photos really undersell it, it was a nice little subtrap). Being somewhere quiet and close to the sea was important - and this place delivered! Million amenities within minutes walk as well.

A very relaxing, clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay. Michael’s place suited our needs perfectly. Michael and Linda were lovely hosts and were exceptionally helpful.

Fabulous place just as advertised. Highlights - very clean with comfortable bed. Brighton town very accessible by bus or within a thirty minute walk. Friendly staff. Vicky met us and showed us around the property. Would definitely stay again.

Daniela’s cottage had the perfect size and layout for our little family reunion. It was very clean, tidy and beautiful, which made our holiday special. We particularly enjoyed the garden with its bbq, the well equipped kitchen and the proximity with the Ashdown forest, farm shops and Hever castle. Beds are comfortable which makes it easy to rest. Daniela was very helpful and kindly offered some lovely biscuits for our arrival :) I very much recommend this place and I would love to come back!

What a gem of a cottage, well proportioned, clean and nicely designed. We stayed here with our dog and two young boys and we loved the ability to walk down along the stream to the local pub through beautiful countryside. There are immediate neighbours so you don’t feel totally isolated, but its remote location feels very private, relaxing and calm. We loved our stay, thank you for having us!

We loved our stay here! It’s such a lovely old cottage. It’s clean, well kept, everything is spotless and working superbly! Beautiful, modern bathroom, and the bed is absolutely fantastic! So comfy!! Absolutely recommend it and would love to come back! Thank you Sam!

We loved our stay at Chris’s place. Very cosy cottage with all the amenities you could need. Also delicious scones on arrival! We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

What a wonderful place……everything as described….David & Donna provided a great welcome pack. The house had everything needed for a relaxing break. Beach was quiet and clean. Games room was a hit for the competitive people in our group! View from the sitting room was stunning ……Plenty of parking and was very easy to find.

We LOVED our stay here and plan to come back when our dog ( currently a puppy) is big enough to enjoy the longer walks on offer in the area! Helen is one of the best Airbnb hosts we have met who sent us so many great tips in advance that we could have stayed a few weeks and prob not seen it all. This little cottage is a hidden gem. It is so comfy and cosy and so very stylish. We would happily move in! The beds were super comfy, and the host had thought of everything you could possibly need to make the stay easy and feel like a home from home. Highly recommend you stay here.

We really enjoyed staying at Amy’s place. The cottage is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Amy was a helpful and responsive host. The location is superb, our first time in Rye but we will be back. We particularly enjoyed brunch at The Fig and dinner at The Union in Rye and The George Hotel has a lovely courtyard for drinks. Alan was a great host, friendly, flexible and quick to respond. The flat was clean, tidy and had lovely furnishings. A perfect little residence for a Brighton stay, well located, only a short walk into the main part of Brighton and the sea.

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

I've visited Adrian's several times now. The flat is perfect for a restful stay, while being close to amazing restaurants, bars, the beach, parks. Adrian is a great host and check in and staying at the flat is always very easy. Highly recommend for a visit.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

This was our fourth stay here at David's Annexe which really speaks for itself. It's the gift that keeps giving each time we return. The annexe was spotlessly clean as always ,with all aspects of our stay catered for.We wanted for nothing in the chalet as everything had been thought out carefully. Even dog blankets and doggy treats for those who bring a dog,although we didnt. The weather was beautiful every day,which was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable,and the kitchen area was superb. The milk in the fridge which was waiting for us on arrival,along with the yummy biscuits were really appreciated after a long journey. David and Lisa our hosts as always were more than happy to help out with any request,always with a genuine smile that made such a difference. We want to mention Reggie their lovely dog,who always made us welcome when we sat out on David's private beach on the seats he so kindly made available to us for free use. So in a word it was Utopia. This was such a lovely flat! Gorgeous view, close to town, seafront and West Cliff. I loved the little balcony and garden at the back, it was a sun trap and so peaceful. The flat is super clean and has everything you need, had the best stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was brilliant in central Brighton, but far enough away from the main road, noise and bustle of Brighton in a quiet residential area. The lounge was airy and very well appointed with comfy sofa/chairs and a great size TV. The kitchen was excellent, bright and clean and we had everything we needed. The bathroom was big and the shower had a good pressure. Lots of towels and toiletries to use. The bedroom had loads of hanging space and a big chest of drawers and a chair - all the comforts you need. The very large bed was absolutely AMAZING!!!! It had a mattress topper and I've not slept that well for ages - like sleeping on a cloud. We didn't get to use the outside area, but very private with garden furniture if you wanted. We'd certainly come back again and would highly recommend this apartment. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Nicky
