Jellybean- cutest mini houseboat retreat ever!

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. Unwind in the rooftop Hot Tub after a day of wandering the Bluebell Woods, playing Crazy Golf on site, exploring the nearby Ashdown Forest or the local Vineyard for Wine Tasting or enjoying the onsite Ice Cream parlour. The bus boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heaters upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets to keep it nice and cozy in the colder months! The Tin Cabin

"The Tin Cabin" is a beautiful space set in a peaceful location nestled at the foot of the South Downs, in the quiet Hamlet of Swanborough. It was lovingly built from scratch in the garden of our farmhouse in 2020. It provides the perfect spot to rest and relax after a day exploring the historic county town of Lewes (just a 10 minute drive away) or walking/cycling the South Downs Way. The Juggs, a traditional local pub is in the neighbouring village of Kingston, just a 15 minute walk.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
