The apartment was very nice and lovingly furnished. It was also very clean. We felt very comfortable. Communication with Anthony went very well and the answers came very quickly.

Ideally located next to a bus station, a shopping centre and an Intermarché. The accommodation is a perfect match, and all the amenities worked (except for a small problem with the sauna, quickly fixed by Anthony). Too bad there was a bit of a delay in responding by message (Anthony being in another time zone). In any case, great value for money, I can only recommend

The apartment is really perfect! Ideally located in the heart of Rouen, it offers a pleasant calm thanks to its location in the backyard. The decoration is neat and warm. The bedding is of very good quality, guaranteeing a restful night. Even though breakfast is offered, there is a good bakery at the foot of the building. It was a short stay at the top!

We had a great stay in Aurélien's apartment! The listing was as described. Great location 10 minutes from the train station. Great for two people!

Laurent's house is located not far from the ruins of an 11th century castle under renovation. The house and its gardens are revealed through a beautiful green courtyard. Every detail of the decor is designed to make you dream. The living space is superb. We were able to enjoy almost everything the house and garden had to offer, and there is plenty to do. The kitchen is amazing, we liked the rustic look, the large table and the huge oven (among others)! The rooms have their own unique universes. Some beds are super comfortable with ultra-soft duvets. The different spaces and nooks outside delighted us, we were able to enjoy all the amenities and the beautiful garden with the diversity of species and plants. Outdoor furniture is ideal for a large group. It was in this romantic atmosphere that we were able to enjoy evenings in the garden by the light of garlands. We are delighted, thank you Laurent.

In one word: paradise! In addition to the absolutely extraordinary hospitality and kindness of Albane and Julien, the quality of the cottage and the park that surrounds it, which has marked us the most and which we particularly appreciated is the calm that reigns in this place almost out of time. That being said, enjoying the pool, lunch in the sun, contemplating the river flowing peacefully, listening to the wind in the trees, snuggling into the cocoon that this mill is once dark, also delighted us. It's simple: at the time of writing this review, I hesitate to publish it as the desire to return is strong and the fear that it is available is present.

Pleasant accommodation, clean and nicely decorated. We were very well received, with a delicious cake on arrival, which was a particularly appreciated touch! The equipment is complete and perfectly thought out: everything is there, whether for cooking, relaxing or feeling at home (towels, leisure, etc.). The place is quiet and the accommodation typical, which adds a lot of charm to the stay. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a pleasant stay, Chantal sent me very clear instructions by SMS for our arrival. Regarding the accommodation, there is absolutely nothing to complain about, very clean, really comfortable bedding. If I had to find something to complain about, it would just be the lack of a shutter on the bedroom windows, but really it's a detail. We will return with great pleasure, and thank you for your responsiveness and kindness. I recommend it with great pleasure.

We had a great time. Everything is designed to make large families feel good. The children were able to run freely in the field without the parents worrying. The house is super equipped. Nothing is missing, including for babies. A very nice welcome basket with regional products was waiting for us on arrival (nice touch!) And thanks to Eileen's many tips we were able to stock up and visit the surroundings.

Really nice apartment in a residential area it is very quiet with access to a pleasant garden area. It is clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The private parking right outside the door was also much appreciated. Steven and his wife were very friendly and responded really fast to questions. The transport links were easy to the main town with buses and a train station (Park & Ride) easy to get to. Small downside for us, there is another accommodation upstairs which we could hear noises from the guests upstairs but just only the first 2 nights of our stay.

This apartment was furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard. The quality of everything was exceptional. We were able to use a bus to get into town really easily. The development is brand new and very quiet. Highly recommended! Thank you Thomas

I would recommend this place for a long stay. The proximity to the residents is very pleasant, all the staff of the residence go in 4 to bring you satisfaction. You have to live in this environment to bring joy, listening and sympathy and remember that you are not the "priority", you are welcomed with generosity! The residents' meeting is rewarding. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay easier and for giving me your attention.

We had a lovely stop over here in Rouen. The view from the apartment is beautiful and it is so close to everything in the city.

100% recommended. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is very nice. Sofia is always looking out for us. I travelled with my husband and my 2-year-old baby. I would definitely stay here again.

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Great place to stay! Pascal was a wonderful host and has a lovely property. The finish in the apartment is of a high standard much more than just a holiday let. The location is lovely with views over the river, amenities in Vernon and the train station (just an hour in to Paris). We asked Pascal about kayaking along the river and he made enquiries on our behalf. We used m: Canoe Kayak Vernon just €20 per adult, they are just across the bridge on the left. We had a lovely stay, thank you so much Pascal.

Great apartment, easy check in, great communication. Location good, 10min walk to the river, lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. 20min walk into the city. Parking is free on the nearby streets, we had to drive around a few times to find one. Apartment lovely and clean, everything you need.
