The house is really cute, you can feel that the owners really want to do everything in the best way: the little touches, the decoration, the quality of the furniture and the renovation. The same goes for the garden, which is magnificent and invites you to relax and disconnect. A little paradise that makes you want to come back.

Incredible suite, on our arrival we were greeted by Richard, very kind, good explanations on the use of the devices, very available, communication via Airbnb was also excellent with Pierre; responsive and precise in his answers. It is a small cocoon that exudes calm and harmony, we had a wonderful stay, very comfortable bedding, the ceiling height is also very pleasant, it's simple we loved everything! A big thank you and we will be back!

Marion and Damien are very pleasant and friendly hosts. Damien welcomed us, a warm welcome. The accommodation is great, identical to the photos, you can find the history of the work that has been done, well done again, it's beautiful. Everything was perfectly clean. The setting is quiet and soothing, the Seine and the countryside nearby is super nice and very beautiful. Damien responds very quickly and is attentive to the smallest detail. We spent a short stay in the area for a wedding. Everything was very easy, the arrival, the access etc. Laetitia was lovely and offered us a cot for our baby. The accommodation was very well equipped, clean, with small herbal teas/coffee and snacks available, very convenient when you plan to stay there at the last minute. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Charming house in which we would have liked to stay one more night. The beds were comfortable, the decoration neat, the surroundings very quiet... And Kazia very responsive, accommodating and friendly. I'll go back if I have the chance to come back to the area!

Beautiful, well thought-out accommodation in a quiet cul-de-sac. The terrace is very nice even if we couldn't enjoy it because of the weather. The sauna is great with the adjoining shower! The only downside is the sofa bed, which is not as comfortable as a real bed, but it does the job for one night. Thank you for all the little touches too!

Spacious apartment with plenty of amenities, peaceful quiet location with a very private balcony. 15 minutes walk to Evreux centre. We loved our stay here

Comfortable, well-kept home in walking distance to the expo center where we were attending events. The local recommendations were excellent, and overall we were very happy with our stay. Valeria met us when we arrived so that she could give us the keys and welcome us. She was flexible with our schedule.

Superb accommodation especially with acceptance of a pet but difficult with an old dog (German pointer) because of the spiral staircase. Max and his wife are very nice people. I recommend it.

It is a nice house, equipped with all the necessities and a spacious balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, a supermarket is close by and you are in the center of Rouen. An ideal place for a holiday or to work remotely.

Functional accommodation decorated and furnished with taste. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, spices and condiments available. Washing machine with detergent, not used but maybe convenient. Very nice accommodation.
