Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lermoos

I cannot express enough how kind Seema and her partner were to us during our stay. We managed to check in early and we're even provided small breakfasts in the morning and coffee free of charge! The hospitality could not have been better. The house was large and spotless as well. We 100% recommend!! Thanks both 😃

Dorothea war eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, bei wir uns gleich richtig wohl gefühlt haben. Beim Check-in gab es eine selbst gemachte Holunder-Schorle, sehr lecker. Auch das Frühstück war eine Sensation und würde eigentlich 6 Sterne verdienen! Danke für deine Gastfreundschaft Dorothea. Diese kann man wirklich empfehlen!

We had an amazing experience in Munich! Alex and Karoline were exceptionally nice and attentive hosts, greeting us with a chilled beer upon our arrival and ensuring that everything was flawless during our stay. Breakfast was thoughtfully laid out every morning, and made it easy to start the day and go explore Munich. On mornings when they were not at home, we would discover a lovely note wishing us a wonderful day. I have never felt so welcomed in an Airbnb. If (or rather, when) I come back to Munich, this will definitely be my preferred accommodation!

Marion's place is very beautiful and clean. My stay there went well and I definitely recommend the room. She and her daughter are very nice people. Now I am looking forward to having a coffee together someday.

My stay at Stephanie and Jurgen's home was very enjoyable. It was a joy to get to know them and to hear about their interests, their family and their perspectives on various subjects. I looked forward to the sumptuous breakfast each morning, at whatever time I desired. Both hosts were attentive, considerate and went above and beyond to make sure that I got more than a taste of the beauty of their town and its surroundings. Even if I hadn't left their house, the beautiful flower filled veranda adjoining my bedroom and the views of the mountains out every window would have been sufficient to restore me after my long plane and train journey. Hosts like these are what makes Airbnb soar above any hotel accomodation! I am grateful💞

Bei Ingo und Gaby hab ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Erst hatte ich Bedenken, weil es keine komplett eigene Unterkunft war, aber das war unbegründet. Beide sind sehr zuvorkommend, sehr nett und geben interessante Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Lage an der wenige Schritte entfernten Bahnstation ermöglicht schnelle Ausflüge nach München oder Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diverse Restaurants sind schnell erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist modern und sauber. Also kurz gesagt: danke für die schöne Woche!

Das Häuschen war genau das, was ich für ein paar Tage am Tegernsee gesucht habe. Michaela ist ein herzensguter Mensch und immer um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht. Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich wie in Omas Stübchen und unheimlich wohl. Es gab jeden Morgen ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und nette Gespräche, wohin es am Tag gehen wird. Michaela hatte immer Tipps parat und gute Ratschläge, wie man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln am Besten zu den Wanderzielen gelangt. Am Ende meines Aufenthalts erkältete ich mich und bekam prompt eine Teekanne und Wasserkocher gebracht. Wirklich ein ganz toller Aufenthalt, den ich nur jedem ans Herz legen kann. Zur Unterkunft gehörte auch ein Stückchen Terrasse, welche bei warmen Temperaturen zum verweilen einläd. 100 m um die Ecke ist direkt der See, 10 min entfernt die nächste Bushaltestelle. Wer morgens zudem noch gerne mit Kuhglockengeläut und Pferdchen aufwacht, ist hier goldrichtig.

Der Aufenthalt bei Irmgard hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sie und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und haben mich direkt aufgenommen. So haben sie mich an beiden Abenden zum Essen eingeladen, was ich sehr herzig fand. Mein Aufenthalt kam mir sehr kurzweilig vor und ich hab mich wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Super tolle Lage. Fairer Preis. Inklusive Frühstück. Super Kommunikation. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

There's so much to see around the neighborhood. Especially lakes around the area are just simply breathtaking. The house itself is extremely quite and well taken care of. However, if you're staying a bit longer washing your clothes might become an issue. No wash-machine and obviously no coin wash shops are around. Also while you're hear check out the local restaurant that is in front of the church. Best German food I've ever had.

The flat is well situated, with easy access to the Isar walking path, places to eat, zoo. It was quiet and fit our needs well.

Apartment is spacious with good wardrobe space and in each bedroom. Bus stop almost outside if you don’t fancy walk to/from lift but they provide cards for ski/boot storage at rental shop next to Nasserein lift which we used. Fresh bread delivered early each morning; cheese, ham, juice, jam & butter in fridge; and plentiful coffee, tea and sugar cubes. Will certainly consider again.

Chambres lumineuses et très agréables. Très bonne literie. Cuisine très bien équipée. Le logement se trouve au cœur du village. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Magnifiques randonnées. La carte d'hôte permet d'utiliser gratuitement le télécabine, la piscine extérieure de Bezau et les bus. Isabella est très accueillante. Nous recommandons !

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Josef. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet und wir waren bislang in keiner Unterkunft, die so sauber war. Sowohl Josef wie auch seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles war unkompliziert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und von der Terasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Der See in Bayersoien ist relativ klein, aber wunderschön. Es gibt einige Restaurants und drumherum viel zu sehen. Die Gegend eignet sich auch super für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und der Garten war gerade für unsere Kinder echt super. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Norman his wife and son are excellent hosts. We were received very nicely, nothing was missing in the house. The view from the balcony is stunning. Any problem they took care of quickly. Glad to have met such nice people. We will definitely come back again

Chambre très agréable et de bonne superficie. Elle donnait sur la route mais c’était pourtant très calme. Le petit déjeuner est top et complet. Nous avons été très bien accueilli.

We had a great time staying at the Bayern resort. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and has incredible mountain views. It’s also very well connected to all the major attractions in the area. Loads of fabulous hikes around. Barbara is lovely and was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic.

Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Der Ort bietet viele Einkehrmöglichkeiten und die Anbindung über die Bundesstraße an die Skigebiete im Zillertal ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war absolut ausreichend für eine Person. Etwas hellhörig, da es einfache Zimmertüren sind. Nach einem anstrengenden Skitag kann man zum Abendessen gleich im Gasthof bleiben. Ein ausreichend großer Skiraum ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Alles in allem habe ich mich wohl gefühlt.

Maria ist super herzlich und eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Zimmer sind gemütlich, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bad war recht neu. Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl. Wenn dann tatsächlich was gefehlt hat, dann könnte man den Wunsch äußern und er würde erfüllt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Gabi. Von der Buchung bis zum Auschecken hat alles perfekt geklappt. Gabi hat uns sogar einen spätabendlichen Check-In ermöglicht. Das Frühstück hat sie mit Liebe zubereitet. Man merkt, dass Gabi gerne Gäste hat und wir können ihre Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Steffi war rundum gelungen! Das Zimmer war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch liebevoll hergerichtet – frische Handtücher inklusive. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: lecker, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir eine traumhafte Aussicht genießen, und das Bett war wunderbar bequem – erholsamer Schlaf garantiert! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut top, daher können wir diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Maria's place is very peaceful , quite with beautiful surroundings,in middle of Alps. she is very good host making one feel warm welcome at home feeling. the room has all amenities. i would definitely recommend her place to all those travelling to oberstorf.
