It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The apartment is located in Connewitz, it is really quiet, yet surrounded by plenty of Bars, Concerthalls, parks, skateparks and other fun things to do. there are many lakes that can be explored by bike. 15min from central station; 1 large room with kitchen and bathroom; floor heating in all rooms, souterrain, wlan, tv , checkin 24/7 PINCODE, late checkout, free parking, 2x e-scooter on demand for exploring the city, toys for kids can be found in the hallway and in the big box in the living room

Old-building charm on Karli

My small 3-room apartment is centrally located, close to the popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. The city center and the park are within walking distance. I have lovingly renovated the apartment, so it has a special charm, but still “corners and edges”. There is a bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 m) + loft bed in the study (approx. 1.40). In the kitchen there is everything, including a Thermomix ;) The apartment is on the first floor, but is still relatively quiet and bright.

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.
