This 40-square-metre holiday apartment is situated in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided farm. When you step out of the apartment, you are immediately on the terrace that belongs to your apartment. The two beds are 1 metre wide and 2 metres long. One sofa bed is 2×2 metres, and it is very comfortable as a third bed. You can walk through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach Seußlitzer Schloß; the Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 metres from our place; you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. Perfect. Parking spaces and Two bicycles are provided free of charge.

Bicycle friends are right on the bike path along the White Elster.

Our rooms are non-smoking rooms. We are located close to a bike path and a small lake "Air force beach" can be reached on foot from us. Country breakfast is available on request (Sat/Sun). You are guaranteed to find relaxation, whether you enjoy the free time in the garden or explore the surroundings.

My apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the lively and popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, etc. Just around the corner there is a gym and several shopping options. The city center is about 2 km away. Tram, bus, parks, art and culture are all very close. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers.

The property with a large garage (ping-pong table and punching bag), trampoline and slackline is at your disposal. The furnishings are open, bright and high quality and invite you to feel good and relax.

My apartment is a 10-minute walk from downtown. The bedroom is quietly located without car or tram noise. The apartment is in the attic and the living room with balcony faces south. Parking is easily available free of charge on the surrounding streets.
