Located south-east on the city center, you will find this stylish apartment in a central but extremely quiet location. The city center is only a 10-minute walk away, the nearest S-Bahn station “Bayrischer Bahnhof” can be reached in 3 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets and green parks that invite you to relax. The evening you can end the evening on the colorful "Karli" with a cool drink and literally stumble into bed at the end of the bed. :)

The flat consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom, a kitchen and a cellar. In the entrance hall there is a built-in wardrobe with a compartment for clothes and several shelves for spare clothes and linen. There is also a clothes horse, a ladder and a hoover. There is a double bed in the room. The flat is therefore suitable for a single person or a couple. The centre is within easy walking distance. The bus stop is right on the corner of the building.

My apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the lively and popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, etc. Just around the corner there is a gym and several shopping options. The city center is about 2 km away. Tram, bus, parks, art and culture are all very close. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers.
