Very nice place to stay. Recently renovated. Very kind hosts that communicated very well.

Marc is a great host. His flat is located in the quiet part of the city, 20 minutes walk to downtown and two minutes from the nice park. You can walk through this part to the city centre. The description refers to the reality. The terrace faces east, so you can enjoy morning tea with the sun and evening beer in the shade, avoiding the heat. There is an opportunity to familiarise oneself with a neighbour's cat. Recommended place to stay in Leipzig.

We had a very friendly welcome for two and immediately felt very comfortable. The whole ambiance of living was fantastic for us. We were able to contact Andreas and his wife with concerns, who helped us accordingly. As a small welcome, there was a bottle of mulled wine on the table, which we were particularly happy about. We felt very comfortable in the half-timbered house restored with clay and can only recommend this apartment to anyone who loves such an ambience. It's nice that there are such "alternative" vacation rental options.

We were very satisfied and definitely recommend the apartment.

We highly recommend staying here! Despite several time changes on our part, we didn't have to wait long to get the apartment handed over! Stefan was very friendly and you could immediately have a good conversation. The apartment was very clean and everything important was at your disposal. The location was also perfect, 10 minutes from the main train station with the public transport and various shops right nearby. Despite the main street right at the apartment it was very quiet and you hardly heard anything from outside! We are definitely planning another stay and can only recommend it to anyone who is also looking for a beautiful, lovingly furnished apartment in the middle!

This appartment is on very good place -30mins from city center by walking. Pretry quiet with old, nice, traditinional architecture. Appartment is very sunny, on the 4th floor (without elevator) but thats not an issue for fit people. Beds are comfy, you can find everything in kitchen if you want to cook something for your own. We also played Xbox which was a nice bonus. Overall - communication with Markus was smooth and helpful, no problems with parking directly in front of the building. We really reccomend it for anyone who want to discover the beatiful city of Leipzig!

I wanted to escape the New Year's Eve noise in Berlin with my dog, as she reacts very panicked to the "fireworks." I then stumbled upon Ronny's offer and had already fallen in love with the photos and the location. Sure, it's more to arrive by private car, but I don't mind. What I found was what I expected and much more. The room(s) were just perfect, clean, well equipped and just as quiet as I wanted for my dog and me. Ronny and his wife/partner are friendly and above all helpful. Since I arrived without my own car, it was no question for the two of them that I was allowed to go shopping with them, or the two would have brought me the shopping. All in all, a wonderful stay that I can only recommend. In this sense, once again a big thank you from Mina and me. I hope we see each other again.

It was wonderful, we'd love to come back!!! The accommodation is still completely new, so to speak, everything is sparkling clean and fully furnished with everything you need, supermarket and other shops are within walking distance. The lake is great on the side of the house and with a private boat to relax. We enjoyed the peace and the beautiful garden very much. The hosts were immediately available if you had any questions and really very sweet. Thank you very much for everything

We spent 3 nights here as a group and had a great, relaxing time! The house is cosy and furnished to a high standard. During the day we were on the lake with the SUPs / kayak and in the evening we relaxed in the sauna. We had the best time here. You should know that the location is not well connected and you should have a car to get there/shop. But for us, that was just appealing and gave a real holiday feeling. We will definitely be back!

The house was comfortable and close to the tram line that took us everywhere we needed to go easily. Claudia responded quickly with the one issue we encountered and gave us instructions for a solution plus sent someone early the next day to make sure it was working. It was a great place to stay.

A great place to stay for a break. The location of the house is captivating due to its proximity to the adjacent lake, offering a lake view at any time of day. 😉

There were 2 of us in the beautiful apartment for 6 days. The apartment offered everything. Holger provides a lot. Detergent, dishwashing liquid and tabs for the dishwasher. A very clean apartment. The bedroom and balcony are at the back with a view of the greenery. The neighbourhood is quiet. There are many delicious restaurants in the district. The location is great. The centre is close by both tram and bicycle. Even on foot, it only takes about 20 minutes. There is plenty of parking space for the car. Gohlik is a beautiful district. The apartment offers a closed backyard, where we could park the bikes. Highly recommend from our point of view. Check in and out easily, the contact is great.

The appartment is situated in a larger older farmhouse. There are residents living on the first floor and the house next who where friendly. You share the garden with them and other guests, but ther is plenty of space and enough chairs. The appartment is comfartable with a good kitchen en bathroom. There is one big bedroom, the other3 bedrooms are connected to eachother. The location is great between Dresden and Leipzig and lots to see close like beautiful castles. We didn't meet the host but he responded quickly and gave good directions. We enjoyed this place!

The apartment is super cozy and furnished with everything you need. From there, the beautiful surroundings with the many culinary and cultural offerings of Halles are within walking distance. For questions (such as my initial idleness in dealing with the electronic lock system, controlled via an app), you were easily helped by the hosts. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would come back immediately, highly recommended! :) Just a quick note: In the living room, the skylights cannot be darkened at the moment. If someone disturbs the sun coming in in the morning when staying overnight on the (very comfortable) sofa bed, they might want to bring sleeping glasses. :)

Great 5 day holiday with friends in Max's mansion, it was very nice. Max is a pleasant person and his love for the house& farm is obvious. Communication impeccable and accommodating, Max was always on hand if we needed/asked anything. Everything is as shown in the photos and in the description. Very quiet area, the yard is off the beaten path. There were ten of us, room more than enough. Great kitchen and great big dining table, spacious double bedrooms. We did not find the pillows so comfortable, possibly take our own with us. On that there is only one (nice big!) There is a bathroom, you have to be prepared, but you know it beforehand. An old house creaks, so have earplugs with you. We shared the courtyard/terrace and sauna with the apartment neighbors, also here only nice encounters. Especially recommended: the riding club in the village, 10-15 min walk. Claudi has had a nice morning with angel patience at and with the horses. I'd love to come back.

Apartment is completely corresponding to the description. Everything clean and very nice. Very good communication. Location great. We will be happy to come back.

Very comfortable stay and great host. The only tip we would like to give is to install some tourist information (folders, etc.) and Netflix on the excellent TV. We had Chromecast with us, which we could easily plug in so that we could still use Netflix.
