It is right in the city center, and surrounded by all kind of services and transports: markets, restaurants, seaside promenade, parks, shopping centers, cafés, and the aquarium, Poema del Mar. Just great for a couple who wants to have a break, enjoying the beach and the Canarian and international cuisine.

Nice apartment, very well equiped, full of light, of about 50 square meters and consisting of 1 bedroom, bathroom and living room open to the kitchen. It is located in a pedestrian street (fourth floor with lift) only a few meters from the beach and in the best area of the capital of Gran Canaria to enjoy the city. You can use everything in the house- usually we'll leave some water, olive oil, spices, salt, coffee, and all the basics. We offer you lots of towells and beautiful linen.

Negative things of the house: in the living room there is traffic noise and the 2ª room is connected to the master bedroom. If that is not a problem for you, you will have a great stay. The house is spectacular for a couple. It's an amazing accommodation. Not appreciating its amplitude in the photos. It has all the comforts. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, leisure and transportation and an excellent location to visit the city and the island. WE ARE WAITING FOR YOU!
