Downstairs, there is a single bed and a sofa bed for 2 (see photos!). Several corners to sit for breakfast, aperitif, snacking, chatting or reading! And lots of info about the island! The house is placed on the seafront, was totally renovated internally at the beginning of 2014 and designed interiorly as one single open space. From its great terrace you can enjoy fascinating views of the beach and mountains. It is one of the most gifted and demanded properties in the area, where a great holiday is guaranteed any time of the year.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Studio with a high bed from which to see the sea and the horizon, a well-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower, a living room, and a terrace from which to enjoy panoramic views of the sea. It has hammocks, an electric iron, a sink, an outdoor shower, a bathtub... you can cook and eat while enjoying the views. In the afternoons, there is nothing better than relaxing with a glass of wine watching the sunsets and starry nights in the bathtub.
