The apartment is in one of the most exclusive residential areas on the island, very safe and well connected. It is part of a beautiful villa but has a separate entrance and direct access to the garden and private pool. Equipped with all kinds of details. Loft-Penthouse apartment San Francisco Telde

IMPORTANT: see the photos of the access staircase. It is not suitable for reduced mobility and difficult for very large and heavy suitcases. Our small Loft-Attic (complete room with kitchen and separate bathroom from the main house) is on the first floor, with direct and independent access from the street. It is located in a historic neighborhood. A very quiet place to rest and very central. It's a single-family house, we live next door.

Finca Toledo Apartment

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be a bit difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.

THE SECRET

A nice Studio in the middle of the exclusive área of Los Mojones. Up above the old town of Pto. del Carmen. A 15 minutes walk to the beach and promenade. The Studio has a nice cosy home feeling and lots of light. You have your own entrance and parking for a small car just outside the door, but more parking available nearby.
