Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests who want to relax and discover the local highlights such as the Tamadaba Natural Reserve, the port, or one of many pristine bays and beaches. You can sleep, do yoga, play piano or simply wander around the tiny streets of this jewel of Gran Canaria.

The fully equipped, old townhouse in the center of San Gregorio in a pedestrian zone was renovated with a lot of love for detail. The old has been preserved and new details have been added to create a very special place. In addition, there is a private terrace, high-speed Internet, satellite TV, an extra-wide bed and a neighborhood where you can immerse yourself in the real life of the Canary Islands.

Exclusive penthouse duplex in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, located a five-minute walk from Las Canteras beach. Housing is distributed on two floors. Downstairs there is a living room with an integrated kitchen and a separate bedroom with a bathroom. The upper floor has a second bedroom with a bathroom and an elegant private terrace equipped with a barbecue, outdoor kitchen and shower, ideal for enjoying the privileged climate of the Canary Islands throughout the year.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Seafront beach house in Agaete - Gran Canaria

Medium-size beach house in the charming and peaceful fishermen village of Agaete (north-western coast of Gran Canaria). The house is placed on the seafront, was totally renovated internally at the beginning of 2014 and designed interiorly as one single open space. From its great terrace you can enjoy fascinating views of the beach and mountains. It is one of the most gifted and demanded properties in the area, where a great holiday is guaranteed any time of the year.

Colonial House El Indiano. Casa Miguel

The house was built in 1912 by Mr. Alejandro Hidalgo y Romero, who made his fortune in Cuba. The building is an excellent example of the Modernist or Art Nouveau style of Las Palmas from the early 20th century. Our grandfather acquired the building in 1946, and it has been the family home ever since. We have tried to preserve the essence and flavor of the old days and combine it with new amenities. We hope you enjoy it!
