The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Drive to Markaryd and experience an elk safari. Swimming opportunities are available both in beautiful Knäred but also in Mellbystrand with its 12 km long sandy beach.

The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

I Hultasjön finns också möjlighet att fiska, gäster kan ordna fiskekort enligt instruktion i husmanual. I området finns flera fina vandringsleder i vacker natur. Butiker och service finns inom 10-15 minuter med bil. Det finns även ett stort urval av olika aktiviteter i närområdet.

You will live in a secluded cottage with the sheep meadow just outside the doorstep – only 300 meters to the lake and 20 minutes by car to the sea. The farm is carefully renovated with natural materials and recycled materials, and our small-scale crops follow the rhythm of the seasons. Here, there is a quiet calm that many guests highlight – perfect for those who seek nature, silence and simplicity.
