Our cozy cottage was built in 2016. It provides compact accommodation with most of the features you could need. Private patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Private parking space and location close to nature. Exit from E6 at Mellby Center. There you will find Ica Maxi, pharmacy, café, restaurant and McDonalds - all at a distance of 200 meters from the cottage. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea with the well-known, 12 km long sandy beach. There are many attractions in the nearby area and various activities within a comfortable driving distance.

Lovely wooden cabin in nature

Come out to nature and tranquility. The log cabin is located between forest and meadow, with idyllic surroundings. If you like Simple Living, silence and fresh air, then this cottage is for you. It's one big room, with a sleeping loft. The cabin is heated by a wood-burning stove and drinking water is brought to the cabin in a can. There is plenty of wildlife and a nice little compost toilet and outdoor shower (note: the water is not heated) is located next to the cabin as independent houses. Bring your own bed linen, towels, soap.

Approx 30 min. drive to Vallåsens skiing resort on Hallandsåsen. A travell bed for babies is avalible.

The cabin is located within cycling distance of beautiful Västersjön, which offers swimming at several swimming areas as well as fishing.

A small house located in peaceful little Laxvik just 150 meters from the sea and beach, with good bus connections to the summer town of Halmstad. Well-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and washing machine, 55-liter water heater. Sofa bed and sleeping alcove with a bunk bed that is 80 cm on the upper bunk and 120 cm on the lower bunk. Bed linens and towels are included. New patio in 2025 with table and chairs.
