Welcome to a historic environment with exclusive solutions. The old school was erected almost 100 years ago and the apartment then constituted the residence of the caretaker's family. The apartment has a thoughtful layout with high ceilings, old-fashioned pantry and large closet, which has been renovated with sustainable solutions, earthy colors and high-end matrix choices. The continental bed is king-size (180x200) with eco-certified beddings. The kitchen is well-equipped with stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

Newly renovated one room guest suite with separate entrance built into an old barn. The property has five buildings dating back 200 years! The guest suite is newly renovated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The property is located on 9 hectares of mostly forest and surrounded by hundreds more. In the middle of nowhere yet only 10 minutes to E4. The hosts are a Swedish/American couple and are available on site. Pets are welcome! Rustic Luxury!

The apartment is located upstairs in a separate house on the farm where the host couple live. A home suitable for the small family. Road with some traffic is outside, but nothing that is heard in the house. 7 km to Örkelljunga with restaurants and shops. 12 km to Kungsbygg Adventure Park.
