Our family stayed here during my participation in UTMB KULLAMANNEN. It was the perfect location for the event, walkable and driveable to the centre of Båstad. The home is lovely, and perfect for families, I am sure in summer it is magnificent with the pool! Elin is a fantastic host, who is very responsive and arranged for us to have a high quality cot for our baby, this was very much appreciated and really made our stay relaxed and enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying with Elin, especially if you are looking for somewhere during the yearly UTMB race in Båstad.

We travelled as a family of 6 - grandparents, parents and 2 children and had an a wonderfully relaxing time at Asa & Stefan’s house. The house is as described and really well equipped. The swimming pool was a big hit and we all enjoyed our evening walks to the beach. We hadn’t realised how quiet the area would be in the middle of August but it still suited us well - except it was difficult to hire bikes for our small children. If we come again we would make sure to book well in advance. Everything at the house was made very easy and thoughtful and meant we could all relax and enjoy ourselves. We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and Johanna was super responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

It was a very nice stay in a fantastic house and property with great views of the city. The pool especially loved the children. The yoga room was also great. Interior design top, nice and generous. We will be happy to come back!

Nice and functionally furnished house in a quiet area. Beautiful walks in the area and ideal for children with the trampoline in the garden and the central amenities (pool, tennis/basket/football, mini golf). We had a great time there Fredrik was a friendly host who responded quickly to messages. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! Has rented different houses around Sweden many years and this has been the most lovely. Large areas and amazing to be able to cozy up in the patio while the kids swim in the pool. Five nice bedrooms, of which four on the same floor. Slightly older standard, but clean, nice, cozy and welcoming 🌸

Very nice accommodation with everything that you need. The kitchen really has everything that you could possibly need for cooking. The house is much bigger than what was shown in the pictures and is located in a beautiful area with proximity to the forest. The ocean is also not far away! Jan-Evert was very helpful during check-in and made sure the house was nicely heated for us during our winter stay which lasted for five days at New Year. He and his wife made sure my girlfriend who doesn't speak Swedish felt welcome, which I appreciated . The house is a small time capsule with beautiful items and, as I said, has everything that you can imagine in terms of cooking, but also nice and comfortable furniture. The place is also very clean (I dare say completely dust free) and have clear instructions for garbage sorting. A very pleasant stay!

Ewa and her husband welcomed us so warmly and were incredibly kind. The apartment is beautifully set up, and you can feel the love poured into every detail. The kids absolutely loved it, especially the massive playroom on the attic floor, packed with toys—the biggest we’ve ever seen! We felt so at home, even though we could only stay for a day. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay in this very cute and private cabin in the middle of the woods with a beautiful view over the lake. The kitchen is better equipped than my own kitchen 😅 We went for walks by driving to Kvarnfallet and Hannabad nature reserve. Super cute interior design too - well done! We could see how much work has gone into bringing the cabin to that standard ❤️ Thank you!

Thank you so much for a pleasant stay with you in Söndrum! ☀️ Close and good to our beloved resort Tylösand but also very good local options 😊 there is something to do for all ages and in any weather. Small downside is that there was no AC in the house as it got extremely hot some days, but all in all, me and my family are incredibly happy with the stay, would absolutely be able to rent again and highly recommend! 🙏❤️

Great stay in a remote location at a nice house with very good amenities. Just what we were looking for.

The cabin is very quiet and well appointed and cozy. The surroundings offer many opportunities for hiking, cycling (e-bike) and swimming in the many lakes or on the great sandy beach south of Halmstad. We felt very comfortable here and well recovered!

Three families, two with small children, was perfect for all of us, in different ways. The garden provided shade, the boardwalk provided magical bike/walking tours, proximity to swimming and restaurants, cozy city center in walking distance!

Absolutely GREAT location, with large terrace, and super, atmospheric, classic cabin decor. All technique works and is in good condition. Johan had many great tips for activities in the area and responded immediately.

We were 4 adults and 4 young people who have enjoyed ourselves a lot. Room for everyone inside and outside.

We really liked the house, which was well planned, furnished and maintained. Everything looked and felt new. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay. We found Michelle to be an outstanding host who responded promptly to our inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

We spent really nice weekend with friends in this beautiful and quiet place. Truly recommend.
