Beautiful and private guest house by the water. Well separated from the main house, this guest house is located with Genevadsån river running along the house. The house is newly renovated and surrounded by a large sunny patio where you can spend the day and evening. If you want to warm up in the evening, you can swim or light a fire in the barbecue hut Nearby is a swimming jetty in Antorpa lake and Mästocka lake as well as nature reserves in Bökeberg and Bölarp. 10 minutes away by car is Veinge where you will find a pizzeria, grocery store, kiosk and outdoor swimming area.

Enjoy peace and quiet; book a tranquil, scenic and peaceful accommodation right by the lake. Views of nature, the lake and birdlife. Take the path around the headland to the jetty for a swim. Wood-fired sauna, boat and canoe you can rent on site. Sauna 500kr, boat or canoe 200kr. If you have time, you can book a massage and buy ceramics in my studio. The cottage is located close to a nature reserve and a hiking and cycling trail. Fishing licenses are needed for fishing in the lake. Distance by car: 5 min to Simlångsdalen, 20 min to Halmstad

Modern house near the sea

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Cozy cabin by the lake

Welcome to a fresh cottage in a fantastic nature with a rich environment. The cottage is 30 m2 and has a combined living room and kitchen. One bedroom and a sofa bed. When you look out, you have a view of the lake where you also have access to a boat for fishing and swimming. Don't be surprised if you see both moose and deer pass by the cottage. Ullared is only 40 minutes away and you will find a grocery store 20 minutes' drive from the cottage. In the area, there are a total of 3 cottages and we rent out two of these.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. My place is near Isaberg resort, High Chaparral, Lake Bolmen, Bird Lake Draven and Stora Mossen National Park. You will love my place because of the tranquility, nature, the possibility of hikes, bike rides and the smell of freshly baked bread! If you are tall, mind your head. The ceiling in the old cottage is not so high. Breakfast is included in the price. I put it in the fridge. My accommodation suits couples, loneliness adventurers, business travelers, familys and four-legged friends.

Välkommen till vårt härliga boende på Skrea strand i Falkenberg på drygt 80 m². Huset är på 60 m² med öppen planlösning för kök, vardagsrum samt 2 sovrum och ett litet badrum. Från vardagsrummet nås ett generöst trädäck där grillen står redo. På tomten finns också ett gårdshus (Attefallshus). Huset har 2 sovrum á 12 m² med hotellkänsla. Skrea strand ligger bara några minuters promenad bort. Boendet har trådlöst wifi och möjlighet att parkera 2 bilar. För elbil finns även laddbox.
