Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

The house offers 3 bedrooms for 2-5 (max. 6) people, a modern kitchen and a living room with fantastic views of the Grisons mountains. The sports bus is only 20 meters from the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the Laax Murschetg valley station - starting point for ski adventures, bike tours or hikes. The house has 2 sun terraces and a balcony so you can enjoy the morning sun and sunset.

The unique, south-facing 4.5-room cottage is located on an Alp, 820 m above sea level, not far from the villages of Sagogn, Flims and Laax. Due to its unique and secluded location, you can enjoy absolute peace, relaxation and pure nature here. In the early hours of the morning you can watch germs, deer and other wildlife from the property. Directly below the house (about 200 m), the Rhine flows through the imposing Rhine gorge. The golf course is also not far.

Very quiet and beautifully located. Easily accessible, even in winter and public transport. Enjoy the time in the midst of high mountains a little off the beaten track in a beautiful place. Ideal for people who want to spend a few days in a place of peace.

Sunny apartment with beautiful views. Children and tolerable pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people for free. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few outside stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with an amazing view!
