It's the perfect place to take a break from everyday life. The 2-storey penthouse on 130m2 scores with a unique location. Right next to the apartment complex is a restaurant. If you want to enjoy the sun, you can only go to the door and are directly on the lake. Or maybe it draws you into the mountains, then onto the slopes, the gondola lift is within 300 meters easy walking distance. By the way, you can arrive by train without any problems and are at the penthouse in 250 meters.

The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

The apartment was completely renovated with a lot of passion and newly furnished in the cozy alpine chic. It is located in the Quadra holiday residence right in the center of Flims. The bus stop is just 1 minute walk from the apartment. To the mountain railways and the various shopping facilities you need about 5 minutes on foot. From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of Flims and the surrounding mountain panorama. The ideal place to relax!

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, the harbour and mountains. All in all a unique place on the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and high chair are provided. I rent out my own apartment myself and am not affiliated with anything.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. The post office car station is right in front of the house and is therefore very suitable for arriving by public transport. I also have a large TV with Swisscom blue TV. Feel welcome in my bijoux. I have recently installed a Multipure water filter in the kitchen. It filters out pollutants in the water.
