Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. This is how you can really enjoy your vacation in our cottage.

Relax, enjoy your enjoyment, be active and amazement! Concept vacation home with garden and seating on a sunny slope in relaxed surroundings with stunning views. Simplicity of architecture invites you to coziness, the imposing view from the huge window conjures up relaxation to the woods and mountain worlds. Trin is idyllic and quiet yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/biking and climbing area on mountain lakes and World Heritage Site (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is a 15-minute drive.

The apartment is located in the quiet village center of Flims, surrounded by a large, natural garden with a fireplace. The studio consists of an entrance area, a small kitchen, a spacious living room and bedroom as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is located in an old house, so the kitchen and bathroom are not very modern. Shopping, pump track, mountain railways, restaurants and public transport are within 5 minutes' reach. Perfect for small families, couples or friends!

Converted into a loft with the finest materials (Valser granite, chateau parquet, lots of old wood, freestanding tub, iron fireplace open on two sides, designer fittings). With a protected patio and garden. Sunny, quiet location. Private entrance, sauna in the annex. Ski in, ski out or ski bus can be reached in three minutes.

The studio with balcony is perfect for 2 - 3 people and offers enough space for a nice vacation week with a large bedroom and living room. The studio is also characterized by its central location in Laax village with shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus stop to the mountain railway (Laax Murschetg) is right in front of the house. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the valley station with the free ski bus. It couldn't be easier!

The apartment (30 m²) is part of a single-family home, which was completed in December 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. a dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. A small toilet with sink and a separate shower offer every comfort you could wish for on vacation. Shuttle to the mountain railways, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5 minutes, Caumasee is a 15-minute walk away.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Max. 6 people (including babies), the apartment is on the 1st floor; we live on the ground floor, charging station for e-car, lots of parking spaces, a garage for car or motorcycles

In walking distance from the Murschetg ski station, yet just far enough so everything you hear is the sound of the river and the chirping of the birds. Explore the treasures of the Surselva by foot, bycycle, skis, or public transport! Please consider: in winter, we usually rent Casa Delonis from Saturday until Saturday. Other inquiries will be reviewed though.
