An excellent stay in a renovated and beautiful chalet. Perfect for a great weekend or a vacation in the mountains, quiet and in the heart of nature. Without being completely lost at the bottom of nowhere. The perfect compromise!

We had a great week. The house is beautiful, clean, well equipped and furnished with love. The surrounding area is very nice, with many excursion options. We enjoyed it very much, we will be back!

Michael's place is perfect. There is everything you need for cooking: utensils, appliances, food, or spices. Just look for them and we can find them!!! Kids are spoiled: wooden games, interesting books, high chairs, and a small bed. The location is perfect: close to ski slopes for young and old, cross-country ski slopes, as well as the train station. Shops are within walking distance. The 2 parking spots are very nice. We were 4 adults, a teenager and a baby in the accommodation and everything went beautifully. Everyone had their own space. The whole family loved it: we're just waiting to see if we can come back to Michael's next year! Thank you for this exceptional mountain vacation!

The house is beautifully located in a chalet settlement below the ski slope. The area is very quiet and quiet. We enjoyed our holidays in your house very much and we loved the spacious living space. We were wonderfully looked after and spoiled with a great welcome. Thank you for everything!

I have been skiing in Flond for a week every year for years. This year was my first time at Sandra's place and it was simply outstanding from A to Z. Everything super clean, the communication very good, the apartment just super. I would come back anytime and recommend Sandra as a host.

We were looking for a quiet, remote place away from the hustle and bustle. With the Holzerheim, we found this. The house is technically well equipped and everything works perfectly (hot water, underfloor heating, electricity, stereo, dishwasher, shower, bathtub, fireplace, large storage oven). 50 m next to the house is the restaurant Conn, which offers very appealing and fine dishes. The house actually presents itself better than shown in the photos. The driving permit made it possible to reach the house by car. There is also a Postbus connection to Flims with a stop a few meters in front of the house. It was certainly advantageous that we knew something about fires (fireplace, storage stove). There was enough wood available that could be used. We really enjoyed the stay.

Wow, what a week! We were allowed to spend 1 week at Judith's in a super nice apartment. Judith was available at all times and very friendly and customer-oriented. Thank you, dear Judith!

I had a wonderful stay at Marta’s place. She was a warm and welcoming host, and the home was even more beautiful than the photos suggested. The morning view was absolutely stunning—peaceful, charming, and the perfect way to start the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene getaway in nature.

Great stay! Luca’s apartment is right next to skiing and close by to hiking, climbing and via ferrata. There’s a small grocery store in walking distance and a few restaurants/bars. Lucas’s place has everything you need to make meals there. Would recommend!

The location is great with wonderful views although not quite ski-in/out. Claus is a great host, the apartment was clean, tidy & communication was amazing and very responsive. We were welcomed at arrival as well. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Laax. Would absolutely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Gisela's apartment. The contact with Gisela was very pleasant and every question was answered quickly and well. We were very grateful for the flexibility she gave us during our stay. The apartment is very well located and very well equipped, with everything you need. Simply fantastic! Perfect location for great excursions with a small village shop within a 2-minute walking distance. The house was renovated by the beaters themselves and is full of love! It was super relaxing and it just has everything you need to enjoy the holidays. A wares Bijoux!

Lovey apartment, 10 minutes on foot from the gondolas. Supermarket within walking distance, great amenities (pool and sauna) and Pamela was super nice and always available. Really hard to beat for a long weekend on the slopes!

Great location, 50m from the Nordic Ski tracks, 100m from Coop. Easy drive to Sedrun and Dieni. You can walk to Sedrun if you don't have kids. Loved the seperate kitchen / dining and living room space.

The place was comfortable, cozy and clean. We felt completely comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality interior design and the tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Everything is in very good condition. The ski resort was quickly accessible on foot with the free post car at your doorstep. With the bread roll service we had a fresh breakfast every morning. Ronny also gave us tips, e.g. for the ski school for our daughter. We will be happy to come back!

Everything about the studio was really well thought out. The kitchen was well equipped to be able to cook, the bathroom was very nice and the entire space was comfortable. A short walking distance to both the Laax gondola and buses made it a great spot to access the mountain. Clio was an excellent host, she was really helpful and responsive to all our queries and has clearly thought about the comfort and convenience of their guests.

Great place for a ski holiday

We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. A beautiful apartment where nothing is missing, great furnishings, very quiet in the midst of trees. The large balcony with evening sun is wonderful. Every now and then even a squirrel scurried by. The location is also great, you have many possibilities to explore Flims on foot. Also thanks to the Welcom Letter folder we had great tips from the hosts. Sonja was very friendly, helpful and available at all times. Thank you for the nice time. We will be happy to come back.
