The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

The Botticelli House is located in Tremezzo, in the quiet Belvedere area, with a beautiful view of Lake Como. The apartment is just a few steps from the Greenway and a short walk from the lake. Azzano village is about 500 m away and Tremezzo center about 900 m. The apartment has double exposure with lake and mountain views. In front of the entrance there is a small lawn (not private) where you can stop briefly to unload luggage. A large public parking area is available in Viano about 300 m away.

The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. Villa Giuliana is an elegant early ‘900 villa where to spend your holiday on Menaggio, at the hearth of lake Como. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people as it has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 full bathrooms, one in each bedroom. There is also a kitchen, a living-room, a dining-room, a terrace and a garden where to have lunch or dinner or relax sunbathing. Villa Giuliana is suitable for stays of a few days or even over a week for families with children or groups of friends.

The Villa is surrounded by a 4 acres park with a 25 metres swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling court, all freely available to the guests. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. The apartment has a private car park inside the Villa. No A/C and Wi-Fi.

It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

The apartment is located in a residential complex of several units, It does not have private parking. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity in a safe and free area.

Tonino sul Lago (Free Public Parking+AC), Varenna

I highly recommend renting a car. Apartment with a panoramic terrace that directly overlooks Lake Como and allows you to admire wonderful sunsets. You will find free street parking just 100 metres away. The apartment is located in the charming upper area of Fiumelatte (Pino). It is 2.5 km from the centre of Varenna. It is in a strategic location: from the windows, we can admire the spectacular village of Bellagio. I recommend a car to get around independently.

Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
