Holiday rentals with lake access in Surselva District

Wonderful apartment in a tranquille Alpine village. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and probably with the most well equipped kitchen I've experienced during my many years as AirBnB guests. Overall - the apartment was _very_ generously equipped (not only the kitchen) in a way few apartments are. You'll have virtually everything you need, and more. Lots of space inside, seating areas, sofas etc and a breathtaking view over the village and the surrounding Alps. The ski lift is a very short walk away, and since there was not snow in the village we walked to the lift. Not a problem at all, it's super close. There's a small but very well equipped grocery store literally 3 min walk from the apartment.  The hosts were enormously helpful and generous. There was a bottle of delicious Prosecco and a handwritten letter waiting for us. Such a nice gesture - we felt instantly at home.  I'm giving this apartment my sincerest recommendations! Small but very comfortable and very neat studio near Laaxersee and the bus stop to the ski slope. We stayed there for 5 nights with 3 people so the sofa bed was also folded out and it was a bit narrow to pass everywhere but that was no big deal. Comfortable double bed. Solid running shower. Spacious fridge. Plenty of equipment available in the kitchenette for cooking, even an oven! (no microwave), and then put everything back. Convenient terrace and always nice in the sun when we returned from skiing in the afternoon. Well-functioning shutters so you can make it really dark inside and also a fold-out sunshade on the terrace. We were there too short and a lot outside with the radiant weather so we did not go to the pool. No idea what that looks like. A photo on the website of this would be helpful. The sauna option is also not used. Parking space for the car is a big plus. We are very satisfied with this place!

Xavier's apartment is very nice and we felt very comfortable during the week. You quickly get everything under control. A plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet. The two double beds are great. We slept very well. We highly recommend Xavier's apartment. We apartment is in good condition. It has everything. Very convenient is the private garage and the two small shops very close by. As always, there are a few things where there is room upstairs: The furniture including kitchen equipment and appliances are fine. For the high price per week, you can find that you could replace one or the other pan. A TV is offered, but it simply has a screen without remote control. The interior design was also fine, but not from the designer shop from our point of view.

We rented this apartment to go skiing in Flims, Laax. What a top location for a ski vacation. There were so many positive elements that I'm not sure what to do first. The apartment was super clean, nicely renovated and really equipped with everything you could think of. Upon arrival, the beds were covered and the towels were ready on the beds. We felt very welcome right away. Nina is a very sweet lady, very nice communication. The apartment has great views. From the dining table you still have a view of the mountains. As a ski lover, this is a perfect apartment. It is a 5-minute walk from the dallifts of Flims. We were there with 2 young children (6 and 10) and the distance to the lifts was perfect. We rented a locker on the lifts to store our ski equipment, so it was super relaxed to put on our ski equipment after a few minutes' walk and immediately go upstairs to ski. What a top vacation!

Beautiful house with wonderful views. Excellent location. Perfect size for a family of four. My daughters were super happy 😃

Steph’s studio was like home away from home We loved our week stay, we were able to cook and enjoy the views of the snowy mountains from the deck Such a stunning minimalist studio, Steph is a great host and very responsive, we will definitely be back, we fell in love with Laax

The flat is very cosy and clean. Gabriela is super responsive and helpful with all our requests. We chose this place for our ski holidays lasting a few days.

The place or the whole resort was just great. Fantastic location, many opportunities to employ children, clean and warm swimming pool and good saunas, wonderful location in the middle of the Alps. Cleanliness is also all within the resort that is only available in Switzerland. Great baker and butcher in the village as well as first-class restaurants. Just avoid that on the cable car😁.
