The sports bus is only 20 meters from the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the Laax Murschetg valley station - starting point for ski adventures, bike tours or hikes. The lake resort, indoor pool, wellness, children's ski lift, ice skating and many leisure activities are within walking distance. The ski resort can also be reached in a few minutes by shuttle bus or car. The area offers very special hiking and biking trails. The treetop trail is one of the newest attractions and starts in close proximity.

The small but nice apartment is well equipped, so there is nothing missing.
