Holiday rentals with a patio in La Paz

Loved every single thing about my stay! From checking in, getting a tour of the place, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was so welcoming and beautiful and felt very safe and secure. The only thing we didn't like was the neighborhood dogs would bark loud randomly through the night but other than that, not one single complaint, would highly recommend staying here, perfect location!

This place was incredible! Amazing location walking distance to everything you need, beautiful view of the water, rooftop pool & hot tub make it so that you don’t even need to leave the building if you don’t want to! Quick & easy access to walk the malecon which is where you find most restaurants & markets. Wish we stayed longer because it was so nice but we will most certainly be back again! Also check in was so easy, host was so easy to communicate with, met us upon arrival & showed us everything we needed to know about the building. Check in was seamless! Can’t say enough great things about this stay!

Very clean and walking distance to everything you need

This one as shown in the publication, ideal for a great time. The only thing we didn't like so much is that when we arrived the house smelled a little cigar, everything was very good from that outside. It has all the amenities to spend the day.

a super clean, quiet accommodation with two bedrooms and with all the accessories to cook, and with coffee ready to be prepared, very in the Paceño style in a safe area and by car a street away is the street that takes you directly by the marina and malecon and directly to the beaches, and on the other side you reach the large squares and departmental stores such as Liverpool and walmart, easy to arrive once you are located , or one block away there is a convenience store for which you forgot to buy, very good communication with the hosts, without a return. Greetings and thank you for the attention.

An area close to the seawall (by car) and exit to the scenic road. The house is comfortable, for no more than 4 people, in addition to clean and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Daniela's treatment and communication was kind and accurate.

A very comfortable residential complex with a nice pool. The space is spacious and as shown in the photos. Everything phenomenal.

The security features gave us peace of mind, allowing everyone to sleep soundly each night. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach for daily adventures. We especially enjoyed the spotlessly clean pool where we spent hours swimming. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions and provide local recommendations. This townhouse exceeded our expectations in every way, and we look forward to returning on our next vacation!”

Everything was to our liking,very comfortable and with a good location the communication with the hosts was quick and we were able to enter before the time since we had several suitcases and we would come with two people aged 3 and under .

Beautiful apartment with an incredible view of the sea, the most beautiful sunsets! It is very well located because it is a little far from the hustle and bustle of the seawall, Mauricio was always super attentive, and welcomed us with a detail, which we really appreciate. If you have a chance to stay here, do it, you will have a great time!

We spent a week at Ivone and Fidel's place and it was wonderful! The apartment is spacious, extremely clean , comfortable and very well equipped. Its location is ideal...peaceful, yet within easy walking distance to the Malecon and some very good restaurants. Our hosts did everything they could to make us feel welcome the entire time! They met us for check-in and check-out and gave us many useful recommendations to ensure we had a pleasant stay in La Paz. They were always available to answer our questions. We feel very fortunate to have found this Airbnb and would love to return in the future!

The place is very comfortable and clean, small but very organized, there is weather in all areas, hot water, very close to the boardwalk.
