Casita La Capilla - The quiet garden place

Just a small rustic garage house/art studio in a big garden. Made for the down to earth Baja traveler. A few hundred meters off MEX1 down a sandy road on the edge of a rustic village. Everything is only minutes away - fresh warm tortillas, downtown action, unpublished beaches. 7 minutes to the airport. El Centenario is the up and coming La Paz suburb - however, the roads are still rough and dusty (muddy, should it rain). This is not for you, if you prefer refined neighborhoods. NO parties!

Hi, this villa is located at the neighborhood of Comitan in La Paz, BCS. Perfect for a writing getaway or just chill by the pool. 3 blocks to the beach, can go Walking. Is inside of a property that has a House and another twin villa. Villa is full equipped, a/c, full bathroom. Common areas are bbq area, palapa, Pool area and jacuzzi, (not heated) . Location is next to Centenario, 10 min away from AirPort. 15 min from the City. Walmart , Soriana , grocery shops are 15 min away.

Comfy and modern apartment

The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. It has an independent access. It's located 4 km away from "El Malecón" (downtown), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.

Relax with the whole family in this accommodation and independent, it does not have a garage inside the property due to the modification of the structure of the house, it does not have a laundry service, in case of requiring the service there is a very close and you can walk. Casa Coral is a very quiet space with an excellent location, close to Pharmacies , Laundry, Hospitals, shopping centers 8 minutes from La Paz International Airport, 10 min from the coastal Malecon.

Studio with Character

Enjoy the simplicity of this one-story, quiet, and central. Without feeling like you're immersed in a shopping area, you'll find plenty of amenities and businesses within walking distance. The accommodation is eight blocks from the boardwalk and 6 minutes by car from the city center. This studio is definitely lovely, having previously been a workshop where my mother made stained glass windows, some beautiful samples of her work give it color and character.
