The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. It has an independent access. It's located 4 km away from "El Malecón" (downtown), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.

Enjoy the simplicity of this one-room, urban, accessible accommodation. The accommodation is nine blocks from the boardwalk and 6 minutes by car from the city centric. This studio is definitely lovely, having previously been a workshop where my mother made stained glass windows, some beautiful samples of her work give it color and character.
