Very central apartment one block from shopping center, restaurants, etc. 2 air conditioners that cool the entire apartment. Hot water. 5 min by car, from the boardwalk (50 pesos in uber/didi). Fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator. Fiber optic Wi-Fi, 2 55" TVs with Netflix, Disney+ Prime Video, HBO Max. Cooler and beach towels are provided. Very quiet and safe area A queen size bed and a double sofa bed. Invoice is issued

The building has a gym and pool for you to spend a few quiet and unforgettable days in the company of your loved ones. The apartment has 3 mini-splits, 3 TVs with Sky, Wi-Fi, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, private parking, and 24-hour security. We are located near the pier.
