10 minutes from the malecon by car, quiet area and with supermarkets nearby. Great option for families.

The house is very comfortable, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay, of the 3 rooms there was only a tv in one of them.

Everything super well, the truth is very comfortable, as a recommendation it would be nice to add heating to the pool but from there everything is super good and clean

Simple and pleasant place to stay. It is close to the airport and shopping malls. While it is not as close to the malecón or playa, if you have a car you arrive fast.

Jeff and Yazmin’s place was wonderfully located. We barely drove except to go find beaches. The pool was a nice change up from the sandy beach and the guest house was wonderfully stocked with all that we needed. Highly recommend!

The photos do not do justice to the house. very illuminated, very clean very nice to be. comfortable furniture and the pool has hot water which helps a lot when you are carrying children because in January it is very cold. the house is centrally located, 25 min approx from the malecón and 45 min from balandra. There are also beaches nearby, Walmart, Sams and to eat was very close and very good. I will return without hesitation

Great private stay, quiet and serene

Very responsive host, the place very clean, well equipped, sheets on top of fitted sheets as well as excess towels would have been nice, however, I never asked. Ideal for long stays. I would book again when I come back to La Paz.

A very pleasant stay, the house conveys a lot of tranquility and security, the pool is a little bigger in person and it was fantastic, the house was spotless and Jessica was always attentive to any questions, a great host, we plan to return in the future.

Beautiful apartment with an incredible view of the sea, the most beautiful sunsets! It is very well located because it is a little far from the hustle and bustle of the seawall, Mauricio was always super attentive, and welcomed us with a detail, which we really appreciate. If you have a chance to stay here, do it, you will have a great time!

We enjoyed the time there. Complied with what was said. We bring our dog , and I also enjoy the stay. Lola very sociable .! We thought the parking might be an issue but not.

Really great place to be at. Really peaceful and the owners are really nice and helpful. You’ll also meet their dog, super friendly too. I also like that the beach is walking distance. Rode my bike in the mornings there.

Samuel's place is so cute, it makes you feel right at home, it's a clean place and with a very spacious patio. The bathroom is new and the house is fresh and very well located, 100% recommended

An area close to the seawall (by car) and exit to the scenic road. The house is comfortable, for no more than 4 people, in addition to clean and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Daniela's treatment and communication was kind and accurate.
