Waterfront holiday rentals in La Paz

Vaanz is a great host, always attentive and willing to help. We had a problem with the guest bathroom due to a situation beyond her control, but she tried to fix it quickly. The only problem I see (but not to give 5 stars), is that it does not offer shampoo, or soap in the bathrooms. And I think the towels they have are pieces of blankets, which aren't very effective for drying. Other than that, very good value for the money. He was also very flexible with a problem we had when checking out. Thank you so much for your help, Vaanz.

Genesis was a fantastic and responsive host. We could not be more satisfied with our stay! The home is in a great location at the marina and has such a tranquil vibe. The home was ready and very clean at check in time. Very comfortable and had all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Waking up and enjoying the sunset and having breakfast on the outdoor breezy patio was our absolute favorite part of the stay. If you are searching for R&R in a safe and beautiful location close to everything La Paz has to offer, do not hesitate to stay at this Costa Baja gem.

Love the ocean front balcony and beautiful views to stare at for hours. Very pristine clean apartment unit. So many restaurants to walk to! The hosts are very friendly, kind, helpful, and very tentative! I would definitely come back!

Stayed here for our summer vacation and it was so beautiful. Carlos greeted us when we arrived and even helped us carry our stuff. He was very responsive whenever we communicated with him and gave us recommendations for tours. The place itself was amazing. Beautiful views in any room and so clean. Exactly like the pictures. Location is the best as it is very peaceful but also still very close to el Malecon. Will definitely be booking this property again 😊

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! The black sand beach was absolutely beautiful and hardly anyone was there so we had the beach to ourselves a lot of the time. The pool was amazing and the swim up bar was such a plus! The condo is absolutely lovely with beautiful breathtaking views! The beds are super comfy which is definitely a plus. Plenty of room for a small family as well. Everyone there is super friendly. Instructions were clear to get to the condo and its super easy. Great communication! We honestly can't wait to go back again soon!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

We loved our time at Claudia’s apartment. The condo was spotless, modern, and you can tell the owners pay attention to every detail (cooler and umbrellas for the beach, reverse osmosis filtered water and even filtered ice water which is not only very rare in México but much appreciated with the heat or La Paz). My young kids had a great time in the pool. The location is about a 5 minute drive from the start of the malecón. The hosts were super responsive. We’d love to come back!
