Just 1 block from supermarkets and a shopping plaza, 8 minutes from the tourist area of the pier, very well located and safe. The apartment is very spacious and features TV, high-speed internet, equipped kitchen, A/C, a king-size bed, full bathroom and a half bathroom. We have access to the terrace, the garden is a smoking area.
