The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The holiday metropolises of Båstad and Torekov are nearby. Something that stands out is the large patio with the possibility to sit in three different directions. A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Towels, bed linens and cleaning are not included but can be arranged (contact the host for price).

Welcome to this apartment (part of a villa) with its own entrance. You have 350 meters to Solviken's nice swimming jetty, pond and family-friendly pool, and 650 meters to the harbor where there are several restaurants. The property is next door to the nature reserve and has Kullaberg as a backdrop from the big garden. The bedroom has a double bed (which can be divided into two x 90 cm). The living room has a sofa bed (bed size 140 cm), a kitchen and a dining area. You have a west-facing patio, and one to the east.

Between Båstad and Torekov you will find this holiday home with a fantastic view of Skälderviken as well as proximity to both golf courses and swimming. Also ICA store is about 1 km from the house. The house can be used both in winter and in summer. At the front, you'll find a terrace with a stunning view. There's also a more sheltered patio in the back. The house has an open plan with, among other things, kitchen/fireplace and relaxation corner. On the 2nd floor there are bedrooms and a cozy living room with TV.

The old Mjölkbutiken is newly renovated and is centrally located in Mölle, close to the harbor, restaurants and swimming areas. From the house, you have views of the sea and up to Kullaberg. Large fenced garden in a south-facing location where you can hang out in the lounge on the tree deck or play in the garden. Perfect for spending a summer week or long weekend with the family. Dining area with fireplace and view of the village, the sea and Kullaberg. Up to seven people can stay here in four bedrooms.
