Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Bike path just around the corner and via it you can go north to Mölle, Kullaberg and Krapprup. To the south, you can reach Höganäs. If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a separate apartment in a larger villa. It has its own entrance and patio door to the garden. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.

Beautiful timber house from the 1820s, newly renovated in 2018. The house has stunning views of Öresund, located in the Möllehässle Nature Reserve 2 km south of Mölle. Local bus is within walking distance. Tastefully decorated with high-quality materials. There are two floors consisting of a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. Three bedrooms (1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed & 1 x 160 cm bed, loft with 2 x 120 cm bed), dining room, living room and two bathrooms. Both with shower and one with washing machine & dryer.

Large fenced garden in a south-facing location where you can hang out in the lounge on the tree deck or play in the garden. Perfect for spending a summer week or long weekend with the family. Dining area with fireplace and view of the village, the sea and Kullaberg. Up to seven people can stay here in four bedrooms.

Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa (bäddmått 140 cm), ett kök och en matplats. Ni har en uteplats i västerläge, och en i öster.
