Das Wohnzimmer mit Schwedenofen ist mit seiner großzügigen Eckbank der zentrale Treffpunkt im Haus. Die Küche verfügt über alles neuwertige Geräte. Alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden sowie ein kleiner Essbereich. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über zwei moderne Bäder im Erdgeschoss, die jeweils mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet sind. Zusätzlich gibt es ein separates WC  im OG. Insgesamt hat das Ferienhaus 4 Schlafzimmer, davon 3 Doppelbettzimmer sowie ein Zimmer mit Stockbett.

Die im Jahr 2000 neu erbaute Almhütte liegt ganz ruhig und einsam auf 1.430 m Höhe im Wandberggebiet, nahe des Walchsees Hier können Sie die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Zahmen- und Wilden Kaiser genießen. Ideale Bademöglichkeit besteht im nahe gelegenen Walchsee. Im Winter ist die Hütte zu Fuß , (im Sommer mit dem Auto) ..mit Tourenski, Schneeschuhen erreichbar (ca. 1,5 - 2 Std. Gehzeit) , … Gepäcktransport bei Bedarf (50€ pro Fahrt) je nach Schneelage auch einzelner Personen.
