Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Our modern vacation rental "Anna" covers an area of about 65 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. First floor: open living, kitchenette with shower, toilet, storage room. Second floor: master bedroom (double bed), another bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom. We offer you a vacation dream for relaxation The private beach is available free of charge. Directly on the lake is a water ski facility with an attractive beach bar and comfortable seating.

The apartment on the first floor was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with new furniture - including a high-quality kitchen. The room concept is extremely flexible. Relax and/or work remotely (office chair, 24-inch monitor, etc.). The property is located on the first sea line and is situated in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32 m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out 3-seater sofa.

A quiet holiday home with almost no barriers, located directly on its own lake and less than 5 kilometres from the city centre. The holiday apartment has an unsurpassed climate thanks to its wooden construction, and in addition, only anti-allergy mattresses are provided. The 25 sqm terrace invites you to long breakfast. Even in "shooting weather" this is no problem as the terrace is covered. A barbecue is available, and there is also a built-in sauna.

Welcome to our cozy apartment! Centrally located & walking distance to the beach. The bright apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with kitchenette, large dining table & cozy sitting area. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double size bed. The sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping accommodation, so it can accommodate up to four people. Restaurants, cafes, shopping & the beach are within easy walking distance.

House with heart. It is located in the district of Minsen, about 5 km from Schillig and Horumersiel. 100 m² of living space, 1000 m² fenced garden, walking distance to the sea about 1000 m. Swimming and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bicycle or car. Shopping and attractions are numerous. The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Renovated with a lot of love for detail 04/25 and cozily furnished apartment, is located directly on the main beach and is easily accessible via the elevator. It impresses with its central yet quiet location. From the dining table and couch set you have a beautiful view of the open sea. The covered and sunny balcony (umbrella available) invites you to have breakfast, sunbathe, etc. on warm days. Sunset included!

At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! The upper floor apartment has a double bedroom, a daylight bathroom with shower and an open kitchen with sofa and armchair and a separate dining table with chairs. On the upper floor of the apartment is the second bedroom with two single beds and a children's bed.

The modern house with 9 individual apartments, clinkered with high-quality materials, has existed since 1992 and has an unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Juist sandy beach. Bakery, supermarket and various other shops are also just a few 100 meters away. The walk to the harbor is also only 10 to 15 minutes.
