In addition, the living room is equipped with underfloor heating. From the entrance you come into the two bedrooms, one of them is very spacious with a double bed(1.80m x 2.00) and a single bed(0.90m x 2.00), a large wardrobe offers enough space.The other bedroom is a bit more compact with a double bed(1,80m x 2,00) and also a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are furnished with blackout curtains. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and a largewalk-in shower. A parking space is available directly at the house and can accommodate 2 cars. If you bring your bicycles, these can be safely stored and e-bikes have the opportunity to be charged there. Deichhaus Rysum on the North Sea

The special location of the vacation home directly on the dike on the North Sea coast in a secluded location makes it unique. Surrounded by dike and fields, it is centrally located between Emden and Greetsiel. Bicycle tours and long walks on the North Sea have their charm in all seasons. Not only in summer, but also in spring, autumn and winter, this spot of earth is balm for the soul. The bakery, pub and restaurant are about 1 km from the vacation home. By bike, it is 20 minutes to the sea.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Our smaller spacious apartment "Edzard", where nothing is missing, what 4 people need for a wonderful holiday is finally ready! Wonderfully restored Gulfhof in an idyllic secluded location. Just a few hundred meters from the North Sea. Experience the Wadden Sea directly at the lighthouse. A large garden with very old trees and water. Lots of peace and nature. For children almost like Bullerbü. A stove and an infrared heat cabin are good against north wind in autumn.

Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. Our beautiful, elaborately renovated Gulfhaus invites all those seeking tranquility and relaxation. The village (Loquard) where we live is located between Emden and Greetsiel and allows excursions to the East Frisian Islands or to the coast just 1.7 km away. Likewise, extensive bike rides can be taken along the North Sea coast or simply relax with a book under our beautiful apple tree. The house is designed for 2 people and not suitable for pets!

We rent our cute vacation home in Aurich / East Frisia in an idyllic and quiet location, 3 kilometers from downtown. Although the former bakery is only 22 m², it is lovingly and extensively equipped. Combined living and bedroom with fitted kitchen, toilet with shower and covered (not visible) terrace and garden area with garden furniture, grill, sun loungers.
