Cozy and modern atmosphere in the renovated apartment (Anno 1880). The apartment is located on the first and second floor of the old farm and is 120m ² big. The farm is just before the entrance of Rysum, the beautiful old mill, can be viewed directly from the apartments windows. On the first floor is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area. The two bedrooms, one with double bed(1.80m) and one with double bed (1.80m) and a single bed(0.90m) are located on the first floor and the bathroom with shower and toilet.On the second floor is the 50m2 large living areawhich is ideal for reading, playing games, watching TV or playing pool. The Witt Huuske is a lovingly renovated residential building from 1890. Our grandparents used to live here. So many childhood memories are attached not only to the house, but also to the village of Campen. The house consists of a front house and a back house that can be rented separately. The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

The building dates back to 1551 and is considered one of the oldest buildings in Pilsum. Directly in Pilsum there is a restaurant and café, approx. 2 minutes' walk. A small village shop is also located about 2 minutes' walk. Here you can buy rolls and other items. The harbor town of Greetsiel is just under 5 minutes away.

Perfection on 89 square meters - We present our apartment de See - Suite 4 on two floors with private balcony. The apartment has three separate bedrooms, which are equipped with a double box spring bed, a 160 cm box spring bed and two single box spring beds. For extra comfort, the apartment's windows are equipped with insect screens.

The small, or "Lütje" apartment is located on the 2nd floor, on the south-east side of the house and was newly furnished in late 2020 in a modern, cozy East Frisian style. The apartment has a car parking space by the house. To get to the upper floor, you have to climb a steep staircase.
