Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds provide atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

Wir bieten diese gemütlich eingerichtete Obergeschoss-Wohnung an, welche im Jahr 2023 vollständig renoviert wurde. Ideal für zwei Personen, ohne Kinder, ohne Tiere. Das Bad ist mit Fußbodenheizung, Föhn, Dusche und Shampoo ausgestattet, die Küche sogar mit einer Spülmaschine. Die Infrarot-Sauna bietet pure Entspannung, sowie die Garten-Terrasse Fußläufig ist ein kleiner Wald mit Teich erreichbar und der Ostfriesland Wanderweg direkt an unseren Hof angrenzend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 1,5 km.

Framheim

Framheim ist ein freistehendes Ferienhaus (100 m²) mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und Platz für bis zu 7 Personen. Genießen Sie tollen Sieblick: mit Terrasse, Garten und Fass-Sauna, WLAN, TV in mehreren Zimmern sowie Kamin. Die offene Küche mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine und Espressomaschine (Senseo) macht den Aufenthalt komfortabel. Waschmaschine, Trockner, bodengleiche Duschen und Parkplatz runden das Angebot ab. Familienfreundlich, Kinder willkommen, 1 Hund erlaubt, Nichtraucher.

Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Inmitten der ostfriesischen Natur zwischen Ländereien, Kanälen und idyllischem Baumbestand verbirgt sich unser Landhaus (Grünhoff’s Landhuus) mit seinem historischen Charme. Das urige Gästehaus (Oll Höhnerhuck) und das großzügige Grundstück laden zum Entspannen und Genießen ein. Die unmittelbare Umgebung eignet sich bestens für Erkundungstouren. Ausflüge an die Nordseeküste, in einen der Sielorte oder die Städte Norden, Aurich oder Emden sind mit dem Auto schnell umzusetzen.

A large walk-in shower provides relaxation and the 1.80 m box spring bed promises ultimate relaxation. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Welcome to the Maarweg house, which can accommodate 10 people. The house has 5 large bedrooms with double beds. In addition, there is a large, new fitted kitchen. The open-plan living room with a cozy fireplace creates an airy atmosphere. Two bathrooms with bath and shower provide comfort (one as a whirlpool tub). Enjoy the magnificent surroundings or relax on one of the two large outdoor terraces. Sauna since 2025. Attention: No rental to groups of young people only!

The 80 m² apartment "Silbermöwe" is located on the upper floor and offers up to 6 people everything needed for a relaxing time-out of the extra class on two floors; in addition to a wood-burning fireplace, there is also a sauna in the apartment. On the second floor you will find one of the three bedrooms of the apartment, from which you have a breathtaking view over the Leyhörn nature reserve. The apartment also includes a car parking space by the house.
