The house is equipped with a smart home system, which makes the vacation even more pleasant and interesting.The " Magnolie" apartment is on the ground floor ofthe house and offers very high qualityfurnishings. The living and dining area offers space to cook and eat together or relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book or a nice movie on the OLED SmartTV.When the weather is nice, you can enjoy yourself on the sunny terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room. Furthermore, the highlight ofthe apartment is in the garden , a private Swedish sauna. So you can warm up in your private wellness oasisafter a winter walk in the cold season. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200)and one with two single beds (90x200). Both bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, wardrobeand extra large duvets (155x220). In the bedroom with a double bed, electrically adjustable slatted framesoffer the desired level of comfort.The bathroom in the Wildrose apartment has a walk-in shower, hairdryerand heated towel rail. A washer-dryeris also available in the apartment. A parking spaceis available for you free of charge directly at the house, and bicyclescan also be safely parkedand chargedin a separate bicycle shed. The "Up Besöök" is located in the Krummhorn village of Upleward, from here it is only 2 km to the dry beach, there is a swimming areabehind the dikeand a nice playgroundfor children. Authentic detached house full of atmosphere and equipped with every comfort. Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds provide atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

Located only a 10 minute cycle ride from Paterswoldsemeer, 5mins from nature reserve 'De Onlanden' and close to Lemferdinge and De Braak, there is enough to enjoy in the nearby area. Fancy a day in Groningen city? Jump on the bike or take the direct bus from the busstop located 5 mins walk from the guesthouse.

Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muß derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten (siehe zusätzliche Kosten) von 120 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr von 53 EURO für Bettwäsche und Handtücher unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Ausflüge an die Nordseeküste, in einen der Sielorte oder die Städte Norden, Aurich oder Emden sind mit dem Auto schnell umzusetzen.

Welcome to the Maarweg house, which can accommodate 10 people. The house has 5 large bedrooms with double beds. In addition, there is a large, new fitted kitchen. The open-plan living room with a cozy fireplace creates an airy atmosphere. Two bathrooms with bath and shower provide comfort (one as a whirlpool tub). Enjoy the magnificent surroundings or relax on one of the two large outdoor terraces. Sauna since 2025. Attention: No rental to groups of young people only!

By bike, you can reach the Drenthe state forests with the beautiful Gasselterveld, Boomkroonpad and centuries-old dolmens.

On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! The high-quality furnished Frisian house "Hus in Luv" can accommodate up to six people and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with sauna) and a modern kitchen. The fenced garden with terrace, awning and beach chair invites you to relax. Other amenities such as underfloor heating, fly screens, electric shutters, car parking space and bicycle room make the stay pleasant. Dogs are welcome.

This apartment (40 sqm) is bright, cozy and comfortable, as well as quiet and centrally located. It is decorated in a Scandinavian modern style and is ideal for couples and surfers. Please note that the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately, there is no space for baby travel cots in the bedroom.

Milk chamber in the Süderhof

The former milk chamber of the Süderhof is a real gem. Well-preserved, round wooden ceiling beams, small antique window elements and the historic vault have been stylishly integrated into the apartment and lend their very own charm.
