The approximately 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cosy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. The dyke edge is about 2 km, bakery 1 km (Rysum), other purchases 11 km (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike rides in East Frisia. If you are looking for peace, you will find it here.

Vacation home with garden

The vacation rental "Groote Kaat" is located on the Sommerpolderhof in the Krummhörn between Norden and Emden. The shrimp cutter port of Greetsiel can be reached in 10 minutes from here. The apartment is 75 m² and has a large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another bed (0.80 x 2.00 m). A private (fenced) garden area, adjacent to that of the neighboring vacation apartment, with a spacious terrace and sun loungers completes the offer.
