WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The furnishings were great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

This Airbnb was the best I've ever stayed in. First, because Mikhail was extremely friendly in welcoming us and explaining everything about the house. Second, because everything was new, clean and cozy! I recommend it and would come back! Thank you ❤️

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

The two nights following our holiday in Italy brought us an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we were able to enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, as never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We were guests of Maria and Josef for an extended hiking weekend. I can only agree with the previous reviews - we had a wonderful AirBnB experience in the best sense, as it was originally intended! You will occupy the upper floor of the detached house - enough privacy, but also "family connection"! Maria and Josef have a big heart, are very friendly, open and helpful and gave us great tips for our hikes. The rooms are spacious, super clean, furnished in a traditional style, you have a great view everywhere, the balcony offers space to eat. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet you are only a few minutes' drive from the village for shopping or the motorway and can also reach more distant destinations quickly. There is plenty to explore in the area, from easy walks to challenging summit tours! We immediately felt comfortable and welcome and would come back without hesitation!

Relaxed quiet location, easy to find and parking directly on the property. Franz gave us a great welcome and showed us the apartment. Apartment + terrace is super cozy and the kitchen is super equipped. Great location between Lake Achen and the Wilder Kaiser for hiking.

It was a wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world". Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help and advise. You can just tell that they are dedicated to what they do. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

The apartment is great and the location is also very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is magnificent.

We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

Anna immediately greeted me warmly and showed me everything and was wonderfully open and friendly. The accommodation is super nicely decorated, bright and lovingly furnished. I felt completely comfortable.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Wattenberg, Austria. Wonderful stay in the Alps We had a fantastic time in this small, idyllic village in the Alps. Nature is breathtakingly beautiful – green meadows everywhere, clear mountain air and incredible views. There is a wonderful tranquility, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The place was very cozy and ideal for our family with kids. It had everything you need – spacious, clean and well equipped. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

We were at Mia's for an extended weekend on our way back from Italy. We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment, it has a lot of space, is beautifully furnished and has a great, large balcony with a great view of the Inn Valley and the mountains. There is plenty to do in the region, but Kleinsöll is quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle. Supermarkets and bakeries can be reached quickly.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely want to visit here again. Thanks alot Cristina and Ernst :)

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Everything was perfect! Even the sofa was very comfortable to sleep on with a good mattress. Kitchen super equipped. The terrace is very cozy. Elisabeth is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We would have liked to have spent more time here.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described – modern, stylishly furnished and very clean. We felt like at home from the first moment. We especially liked the beautiful balcony, where you can relax wonderfully. The bathroom is generously sized and very well maintained, with a combination of bathtub and shower – perfect for feeling good. The location is great: shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Great excursion destinations such as Lake Tegernsee, Lake Kochel or Lake Walchen are also easy to reach by car. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, small but nice! The location is ideal for a travel stopover, you can still go for a wonderful walk in the village in the evening. Everything great!
