NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

It was simply great at Helga & Johann's! I'm super happy to have chosen their accommodation. The two are super warm and helpful. I felt very comfortable right away! The accommodation is unbeatable in terms of value for money. Even if there is no kitchen, a refrigerator, dishes, kettle and toaster are available, so you can always make a snack. There is an adjoining bathroom and a short hallway leads to your own toilet. The area is beautiful and Helga and Johann help with great pleasure in planning the excursions and always have good ideas and tips ready. If you want to be very well accommodated in a beautiful area at a great price, you will definitely get your money's worth here. Thank you for the wonderful time! It was perfect!

We had a wonderful week in the field box of the Thaler family. You just have your absolute peace and privacy. We were able to park our car right in front of the property. The terrace invites you to linger. The field box is also super nicely decorated and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We will be happy to come back. :)

I am very glad that I have select this apartment to stay in, during my vacation in Austria. It does looks like new and really, I felt that I am in my home. It really looks like the photos published and as described. The apartment modern, clean, tidy and well designed. It is equipped with all requirements. Moreover, the location is perfect for relaxing, and it is quite also it is so privet. Around and very closed to the apartment will find many shops and restaurant. No need to travel long distance to buy food and all things you might need. The exceptional thing is the host, they are very kindly and helpful, their support always available and they are ready to help at any time. The way they welcomed me is amazing. Their kindness is the best I ever seen. Eventually, I strongly recommend this host and their apartment for any guest.
